So you have to place your order on a screen....you would think with one less job the workers have to do they would be quicker to... prep the food but instead they have you waiting In the lobby for 20 minutes for the food. Also the screens suck...you can'tcustomize your order much and not everything that was on the menu was found on there. Terrible! Read more

I ordered a steak burrito Supreme w/extra steak and 3 soft taco Supreme w/steak. What I received was a cold burrito Supreme with... steak but no extra steak, which I was charged for. The 3 steak tacos were also cold. I did not figure this out until I was homeand noticed I was never given a receipt for this purchase, so I could not return this. Read more

Order something from the menu, they act like they never heard of it. Manager comes on and says they no longer carry it. Order a... different meal from the menu, no longer carry that either. This happens pretty much every time I come to this particularlocation. Just a little piece of paper taped to the menu saying OUT would go a long way. The worst is not being able to get outof the drive thru until everyone in front of you has gotten their food. Read more

So taco bell is taco bell. I enjoy taco bell just as much as the other guy, but this time was rough. So we walked in and got... ready to order but they told us that the inside was close because they forgot to lock the door......... Then we decided to gothrough the drive through, which they did get my order wrong. Overall what do you expect from fast food. Read more

I normally don?t put reviews up but I realize I need to start giving credit where credit is due instead of just complaining when... things are bad. Whoever the workers are on the 4:30 PM Sunday crew Are amazing. They are all courteous positive and efficient.None of my food came out cold even though it came right out to me. Not a great one... Unfortunately the drive thru only accepts order per car & once inside orders are only accepted by a kiosk... which takes has an interface that could be a little more user friendly and doesn't offer much in customizing your food. Thisexperience was a bit time consuming and didn't prove fast enough for a limited lunch break. Read more
