9/20/22 I ordered my food on the inside it took awhile to receive it. While two people made the food the other 3 just stood... around not even trying to help. I asked how much longer will my food be the stated 2 minutes. After 6 minutes late I receive myfood. But 9/21/22 I have food position. Read more

This location is always out of multiple items. It?s a hit or miss with the professionalism from the staff but more often than... not it?s a miss. Check your bag before you leave, they get it wrong more than they get it right. Sadly I?ve learned that?stypical for fast food in Oak Cliff. They couldn?t make a cheesy Gordita crunch if their life depended on it. I don?t even bothertrying to order one anymore. Pictured is kind of a chalupa. Why put all the sour cream on one end? I would love to tell you how good the new Steak Gordita tasted. Or how sweet the Cinnamon Toast Crunch tasted. Or even how fast... and friendly the service was. Sadly, I cannot because I arrived at 10pm (they close at 2am) and was told they were only threeemployees working so they were not taking orders. There was on one in line not inside the restaurant. I fully understand beingshort staffed but they were not busy at the time I arrived. I have never worked inside a fast food restaurant, so maybe I?munder a false assumption, but I would think three people was adequate to make my small order. Maybe next time. Read more

Great morning service, I got a breakfast box and a few breakfast burritos. The potatoes were a little old could have use some... fresh but everything else was good. Honestly can't get past the customer service I had at the window the lady was super nice.Even with me adding a burrito and paying in change at the window! Honestly the first place I e been to in a while where I don'tget ignored or treated like I'm being a bad person for wanting to eat there. She made me fill welcomed and I will be back. Read more

Every time I come here I get good food I never wait long,food is good, customer service could use some work but I will continue... coming back to this location. ** I just went to Taco Bell and I am appalled at the service I received.I went and ordered myusual order I received it in decent amount of time ,I proceed home and once I get home I realize they did not give me my nachosand cheese.So I head back (while my food gets cold sitting at home)I enter the drive they to see there is a line eventually Iget to the intercom and speak to the female manager I explained what happened and had asked if there was anything complementaryI could receive as well for the trouble I had endured, and she just about lost it on me I was completely calm, collect andrespectful her reaction was completely uncalled for she the refused to even hear me out on the intercom.I proceed to the windowwhere she is she aggressively throws my nachos at me ,I try and reiterate myself but she would barley let me speak I asked forthe GM name and number she refused to give it I asked for her?s she refused to give it she then shut the window in my face andlocked it.I can?t believe the way she reacted and treated me I will be getting into contact with Corporate.I am usually not theupset over small things but her customer service was so poor that it needs to be brought to someone?s attention.
