NO JOKE I bit down on plastic shavings that were in the cheese. That's definitely not safe. (Hardly any seasoning if any) I... asked for 2 of their nacho fries and this is what they gave me???? so if you wanted to get some nacho fries from Taco Bell, Isuggest you go to a different location. I have never spent 10$ at Taco Bell and regretted it until tonight. I got a cravings box. First off the bat the manager taking... my order was very impolite while taking my order. No hello or nothing. I hear ? what do you want??. Are you serious? If sentpeople home for that. Second they don?t have half their drinks available. An entire menu of different drinks you can order andyou only have 3 sodas that you can actually get. Third I got one of Taco Bell?s signature items. The cravings box. I literallycouldn?t eat the chalupa. It was unfriendly and completely stale like a cracker. I had asked for chicken on my five layer. I gotliterally 2 pieces of chicken on the whole burrito. The Nacho fries were cold like they had been in the fridge. Idk what hashappened to Taco Bell but this was absolutely unacceptable. The only item I ate was the taco which seemed to be fresh. I have a2 min ride home. Needless to say I won?t be returning. Get it together Taco Bell. Read more

This location is needs to be reported. The frequency of the icy machine being offline is insane. I work close by and visit this... location regularly. Whomever is the manufacturer of the machine might want to sue for damages (similarly for what happened atWalmart) because there is no way it?s broken as often as it is reported by staff members. Would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered through their app, and my husband went to go pick it up. He was given the complete... wrong order *except for* the drinks. The food they gave us was completely, totally wrong, and we can't even eat what they gaveus because it contains an ingredient which my husband is ALLERGIC TO. We called to request a refund, but they never answer thephone. It rings through to a fax machine. There is no way to request a refund through the app. Looking through other people'sreviews, it seems like they probably just didn't have what we ordered, and decided not to tell us. Thankful that my husbanddidn't end up in the hospital due to their laziness, since I checked the food. Will be contacting corporate to get a refund,and let them know they could've put a customer in the hospital. (Not surprising- I have since learned that this is the samelocation that threw boiling water on customers!!!) Read more

I ordered through the mobile app, which I?ve done several times. No issues. However, when I got to the store, they informed me... they were out of the large freeze. I asked for a refund. The sweet young man at the counter tried to help, but couldn?t find howto do it. He went to the office where the manager was sitting to ask for advice. She shrugged him off, saying do it through theapp. Guess what! There is no way to do it through the app. The manger finally revealed herself and I asked her if she has aresolution. A refund, a coupon, covering to make an equitable transaction for the item they were out of. Nothing. The entiretime she was interacting with me she was rolling her eyes like a child, and at one point stuck her tongue out. How does amanager of a restaurant have no knowledge of the app or how to redeem themselves in this situation! I filed a formal complaintat corporate on Maria Garcia for her inept, rude, unprofessional, and childish behavior. Protect the hourly employees here,because management doesn?t do them justice. Oh, and the food was terrible. There are several locations. Avoid this one at allcosts. Read more

Super nice staff (almost too nice, lol) but don't think ordering ahead on the app will keep you from getting out the car! "All... online and app orders must be picked up inside". And when you pick it up, YOU have to get your own napkins and fire sauce.Otherwise, really clean and friendly. Read more

I ordered cinnamon twists and was not told they were out. Luckily I check my orders before pulling out of the parking lot. So I... noticed on was given chips and nacho cheese instead. When I inquired about it I was told them this was given in place of thecinnamon twists, without even asking me. When I told them I didn?t want them I had to ask for a refund which should?ve beenoffered to me initially. After I requested the refund, then clerk then proceeded to ask me for the chips and cheese dip back.Who does that???! I thought once you give a customer food you?re not supposed to take it back. Not that I cared because I wasn?tgoing to eat it. But it?s the principle. Now someone else is going to get that good that?s already been touched on no tellinghow many times.
