Cursed location. Guaranteed wrong order every time. Anytime I come here I regret not going to the one a couple miles away. Got... told to pull up because my order was wrong and when I asked for the straws because I didn?t get any, she told me to go backthrough the 3 car line for them because I should have asked for them. Didn?t realize they were missing until I sat and waitedfor my food to be made correctly. I pray these people get better fulfilling jobs that they want to show effort in and arepassionate about. I work in food service as well and the customer service is no stranger to me. We need to be better because thecurrent state of the employee-customer relationships is failing miserably and no one is happy at the end of the day. Pay youremployees more. Staff accordingly or reduce hours to compensate. No use in spreading a few thin over long periods of time. Badexperience for everyone involved but the higher ups. Read more
This is the nastiest, unsanitary restaurant I?ve NEVER been inside of the most nastiest restaurant in my life, trash over the... floor where customers eat, the trash itself hasnt been taken out in DAYS!! Employees on their cellphones not deliveringcustomer service, RESTROOMS ARE DISGUSTING ???? I couldn?t continue my meal!! After talking to the GENERAL MANAGER about allthese things above he completely ignore it after I told him the company I work for!! And refused to show any sympathy towardsthis situation!! Unfortunately this Taco Bell get this rating bc I stopped by to grab myself 2 chicken soft tacos and a bean burrito last night.... I saw a HUGE roach on the wall from my drive through window and I vowed to myself I?m never visiting this establishment. It?snot on any one person but Jesus clean the place up. Every time I?ve eaten here before this encounter wasn?t good at all both kfcand Taco Bell are unbelievable dull, the service is always mid. Lastly they never give you enough napkins. Read more
I visited this Taco Bell after 6pm. Young lady working the drive thru really acted as though she did not want to be at work... that Friday. Poor customer service. I hope things definitely gets better for her. I had to park and walk in, because thingswere forgotten with my order. The nice gentleman working at the counter apologize for coworkers behavior. Nice - there?s literally not a way this was unintentional. You don?t get a taco looking like this by just putting in the bag and... me taking it out. I asked for a menu item (the crispy chicken taco) that was clearly on the menu through the drive through andthey said, ?We don?t have that,? and so I responded ??We?ll it?s still on the menu just so you know.? Terrible service. Man at register walked away 3xs during my order. Eventually someone else came to complete my order. He didn't... even explain to me what he was doing. Then i ordered a double cheeay gordita crunch and all the taco shells were broken andsmashed. It was a real disgrace. I will never return to this location ever again. Read more
Wow! This location is clean! Especially where it is located at 75 & Forest Ln. Where all the homeless live. The staff are very... friendly and helpful! Glad this is the restaurant around here that is clean and have friendly and nice employees, not likeBurger King and Whataburger next to it, which are banned by me and my family!!
