They were closed on drive thru and lobby at 8:11am even though their hours on their glass windows and Google say 8:00am. When k... pulled up to the second window after saying ?Hello?? into the order speaker with no response, there was one female employee whoI caught eye contact with. She just shook her head at me and didn?t say anything. I sat there confused for a few momentswondering if she was going to have someone come talk to me or explain exactly what was going on herself. Nothing. I parked andtried the lobby door because maybe they just didn?t have enough staff to open the drive thru. Both doors locked even though thehours said they opened 15 minutes ago? Three separate times I have ordered online in the middle of the day, and the store was closed early. Sometimes there are cars at... the store, other times it's completely empty. Closing early at 7pm but still accepting online orders. No refunds. Do not go tothis awful location. Read more
Management does not hold employees accountable. I simply asked for my receipt as my order had been wrong the last 2xs I visited... the Marsh Lane location. The receipt did not reflect what I ordered. When I asked if it had been rung up wrong the female in thewindow became argumentative and told me have a good day B!tch then slammed the window shut. Can't get a manager to answer thephone. I'm escalating this because that person does not deserve to be working. Very sad that I spoke to a corporate manager andhe's yet to follow up. This location is not worth spending your money at. My receipt says person's name was "Ana P." I'm notletting this go until something is done. No one deserves to be disrespected and called out their name. I ordered delivery with Uber Eats, I didn't get a straw with my drink or my favorite sauces which I specifically requested. I... ordered the burrito Supreme combo with ex meat. Didn't get that either but paid for it. Then too, whose responsibility is it,the Uber eat driver or the employees to make sure I even get a straw or sauce? The other reviews tells all. Worst experience ever. Ordered from the kiosk because they?re not taking orders on the counter, I?ve waited over 30 minutes and... they never called out my order so I went to the counter to get there attention however the employees where just ignoringeveryone was waiting there for a other 30 minutes I finally got someone?s attention and she was rude about it and neverapologize. I witnessed the rude employee ignore a customer and when the customer tried to get there attention the employeethreatened to call the cops on the customer. The customer did not do anything wrong and was being ignored like we where and wasthreatened to have the cops called on her. Worst experience ever the employees need proper training and should not be working incustomer service with there bad manners. Never going to this location ever. Read more
The staff is friendly. Clean dining room. I didn't use the kiosk to order because I would rather talk to a person. Call me old... school. Favorites are nachos bell grande, and crunchy tacos. Read more
