I was on the phone with my husband and he was ordering while the lady over the speaker was speaking very rudely to him and kept... asking " is that it ?" after each item.. on top of that he asked for no sour cream on tacos.. and also mentioned he had a preorder as well; and made him repeat himself like 3 times and sounded like she was having a bad day, and maybe she was whoknows.but not a way to treat everyone else that way. not exaggerating at all but the food was terrible; drink had no ice flat ashell, cold tacos and basically order was wrong. Why work somewhere and not fulfill your job duties? Will for sure not bereturning here. I would hate someone's loved one to have to go through that rudeness. I have tried to go to this location a few times for lunch and there is always an issue. It?s either equipment being down so they... can?t cook half the menu or even take an order or my order is incorrect. I would avoid this place at all cost! Read more
I have never came here and got what I wanted. They always out of everything? you can?t order inside the store bc it?s closed for... some reason and you have to use the drive through and deal with some people that would literally give you an attitude for justplacing an order. I?m never coming back here even if I was starving to death. Read more
The food taste was fine but it was very sloppily put in wrappers. I had to put everything back together. Also my Tacos were... cracked at the seam & basically needed a fork to eat them. Read more
We came to this Taco Bell at 12:20 am (it?s clearly written on the window that they are open until 1 am), a black guy inside... turned away a couple and us back to back. He didn?t even came to us to let us know he won?t take our order. We could see himcooking food inside so not sure why he was preparing that food when he was turning everyone away. The manager was there as thefolks ahead of us told us that they guy at window was waiting for the manager to come out of the bathroom. Terrible!! Read more
Terrible service. The only reason I am giving them a star is because the new steak grilled crunchy burrito was pretty good but... the rest of my order was just as bad as their service. Chulpa was hard and barley had any chicken and the lady at the window wasrude couldn't even fake a smile. Read more
Food was good wasn't busy at all. They were out of grond beef at the time but I was cool They told me up front. Nice spot
