If I couldve had the option for 0 stars I wouldve done it. I ate half of my quesadilla and I was getting my 3 piece when I see... mold on the flour tortilla. I wonder if ill get sick after this. Tried calling their phone but no answer, it says unable toanswer the call. This is so bad. Yall should check your food before serving it. Never coming back again. Read more
Apparently the combo meals are excessively specific. Make sure you ask for everything you want to get because it might not come... with what you order. The boy at the window acted like I wasn't moving fast enough for him when he was handling my sodas to me,and he didn't put the lids on all the way. Almost got a lap full of soda when I took my first drink. Tried to call the store toask about the coleslaw I wanted but they kept switching me to the fax machine line. By the time I got to actually talk tosomeone I was most of the way home. Give them 2 stars because it was actually food on the bag. Definitely not impressed. Read more
trash. did the order through door dash… requested a bunch of taco sauce for all the tacos we ordered. there were ZERO sauces... in the bag. it’s sheer laziness and incompetence. don’t be on door dash and don’t offer sauces on the app if you’re notgonna put them in the bag. get workers who actually care about customer service. sauces are really easy and simple, takes ZEROeffort to read a ticket and throw little packs of sauce into a to go bag. thanks!! First time here and it was good. The place was clean and the food was hot. The workers were great at keeping their work stations... clean and in order. Keep up the great work ???????? Also, utilize the Taco Bell app for good promotions and free food. Read more
I got the completely wrong thing for breakfast then when we came back to try and get it fixed we were told that they won't... because its 2 minutes past serving breakfast. I love Taco Bell, I don't expect high quality, maybe just to get things fixed ifthey're messed up because mistakes happen. I don't mind the wait because these employees don't make enough and do not haveenough benefits made available to them. Read more
