I always enjoy a good deal but i cant say i enjoyed the food. As per the three stars i think the food is ok for the price but... still is under par. I do understand fast food places sacrifice quality for quantity and speed. However incredibly greasy beanand cheese burritos, cold chesse and toppings on tacos, and ice cold salsa are really below standard even for a fast food spot. Read more

Take out order. I went into Taco Bueno for my lunch break. Walked up to counter and placed order for a CHICKEN Enchilada plate... and a big freaking taco chicken is what I requested. I ask the clerk specifically did they have chicken and his response wasyes we have chicken. I then told him I wanted chicken. He took my order and handed me receipt. I did not look at receiptuntil I made it back to work to find out not only did I have the wrong food but also charged me for beef instead of chicken. Idid not eat the beef first off. I don't eat ground beef at all. I am disappointed in my order and I don't blame him totallybecause I should have checked my receipt myself, so I take part the blame. They were trying to say my card didn?t go through and it did. They took money out of my account for my purchase and it shower on... my end. I saw that they slid my card 2-3 times. They said that they were having problems with there card machine and it will berefunded automatically right away but i never got my refund yet. If their machine isn?t working eight they shouldn?t be takingorders to begin with. Mind you, i always come to this taco bueno because its so close to the house and this experience was a biglet down. Cold beef and old slimy lettuce on a stale tortilla - Ordered 3 tacos w/ everything on it, received cold beef and old slimy... lettuce on stale tortillas. Additionally no salsa or napkins despite asking for it at the window, and the soda tasted likesyrup. You have to try to screw up an order this badly, how do you forget to add cheese to a taco? Such a shame because TacoBueno used to actually be great. I felt sick to my stomach after eating half of what I ordered. Just truly awful. Save yourmoney and beware. Read more
First time ever eating at a Taco Bueno. One of my tacos had ice cold meat. The other had very hot fillings. Not sure if they... just gave me an old taco.. but eh, not a good first impression. Also, the combos come with a 22 ounce drink, right? So why wasI charged $2.79 additional for a large soda? I definitely didn't receive two. Not for me. Definitely not a satisfyingwork-break meal.
