This place keeps disappointing me. The last time I was here, they had locked the place up and it was only 4:00 p.m. they said it... was because they were short staff but they were all in their playing and laughing. Another time I was trying to get breakfastand they said their credit card machine didn't work and they had no change and there was only one person working ????. The lasttime I tried again I ordered chorizo and egg tacos and they gave me ground beef with egg and cheese. Like if I don't know whatchorizo is. How is this place still open? This has to be the absolute worst Taco Cabana in the world! I had a mobile order. Ordered at 8:20 pm; expected to be ready for... pick-up at 8:34 pm. I arrived at 8:24 pm, pulled on the door and it was locked. Why have the option for pick-up if the doors arelocked. Then I proceeded to go through the drive thru. It was backed up and took me 20 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Itold them I had a mobile order. I was then asked to pull to the front of the building and my order would be brought to me. It's not good. Poor food preparation and no attention to customer service. Our order was handed to us in a plastic bag with... sauce dripping off the exterior and my "salad" was smothered in black bean sauce that should have been drained before adding tothe dish. Not appetizing at all and especially disappointing after a 25 minute wait in the drive through. Only adding a 2nd starbecause the flautas and tacos we ordered came out fine. Read more
My go to order from Taco Cabana is 2 crispy beef tacos with salsa ranch and chips and queso. The restaurants and staff were fast... and attentive although the tacos seemed crazily thrown together and the insides were lopsided. There is something about thetacos at all locations since the pandemic - they smell bad and the meat and shells are really poor quality and the good taste Iused to love about them is gone. Not a reflection of the location since they can't help what corporate does as far as supplychain. The chips and queso were fine. Read more
