The Hatch tacos were my favorites, and the steak is awesome on anything you order. There mini sopaipillas were... ????, we went back twice and reordered more. Also I?d like to say the crew was really helpful even though you could tellthey were short handed. On the down side they still haven?t replaced there salsa bar. Bring it back and you get 5 stars. Waited for a long time in drive through when only one car in front. They were out of Tea . The girl opened the window and had... attitude and said what do u want. I just said what?s wrong. I am just waiting for my order. I asked if my order was ready andshe said yes it?s here but I am busy taking orders. I said thank u and paid. People were honking and I think she thoughtit was me. Some things do change and not always for the better. Food is still pretty good althought quanities are much smaller, service is... slow almost impossible to even get a small cup of salsa, and the prices are higher. No wonder there was only a few tablesoccupied at noon on a Saturday. Read more
I visited this location to get breakfast for my staff. I ordered the dozen of tacos deal, but started to ask (as I usually do)... if I could change some of tacos. I say that I started to because as soon as I began talking the lady cut me off stating, "if youwant to customize it that will be 20 minutes." So, I said nevermind and would stick with the original variety, then she rushedto the total without asking if I wanted anything else. So, I stated that I wanted to add something. At this point, there are nocars in the parking lot or in the drive thru line. At the window, I politely asked if I could swap just three of the tacos towhich she replied, "Maam, we only have one person working in the morning, so you would have to wait as I already told you!" Ireplied with "it was just a question, how was I to know about your restaurant's staffing as a customer!" She stated that Ishould have watched the news, as it was all over the news! She continued ranting and when I told her there was no need for anattitude, she was shocked stating that she did not have an attitude! So, clearly the customer service is poor. I understandbeing upset about things at work, but the customers should never bear the brunt of your frustration! So, I truly hope that thestaffing issue at this location is addressed for the staff and the customers' sake! Read more
This is the first time I?ve left a review on this forum. Today we went through the drive through. I ordered 8 crunchy beef and... cheese tacos, 1 dozen tortillas and a small rice and beans. I paid $33! $3 for a crunchy taco that looks like the attachedpicture is absolute robbery!! Not to mention that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order! Won?t be returning to this locationagain, and I would strongly advise you not to either! Super disappointed!!! Read more
I don't know if this is now true of all Taco Cabana locations, but they literally open their dining room for breakfast whenever... they feel like it. I have no idea when that is because the doors were locked with no one in sight inside both times I tried totake my family here for breakfast. Read more
Outstanding breakfast tacos! Warm fluffy eggs and bacon nestled in a fresh made flour tortilla. Clean dining room and friendly... staff! The self-service salsa and condiment bar was what added sizzle to eating at a Taco Cabana. All were made IN HOUSE duringoff-hours and the flavor shined! The pandemic is over! Please bring back the self-service salsa and condiment bar as the tinyprepackaged containers taste like cheap grocery store brands. Read more
I don't leave reviews for anything really but I was just really impressed by this Taco Cabana! Hahaha. I ordered a breakfast... burrito and their tortilla came out so freakin good. Whoever made it knows how to make it. Warm and slightly crispy outside. Mybf's order came out wrong and they apologized and fixed it right away. I went to their bathroom and I actually felt comfortablebeing there! Pleasant. Shout out to the owner/framchisee/manager who manages this place ???? Read more
