We have been going to Taco Cabana as our go to fast food for tacos and nachos but no more. Went in for National Nacho Day for... nachos and used the coupon that was in the TC app. I ordered the Kickin' Nachos like we always do and cashier asked for couponcode. It was entered and came up as invalid. I asked why and she didn't know. She called manager over and we went through thesame process...invalid....asked again why it was invalid when it was on their app. Manager said she didn't know. She was niceenough to honor the discount....or so I thought. When they started to fill my order the manager tells me that oh you ordered theKickin nachos and the coupon was for small nachos. I don't know why she couldn't see that when the coupon was coming up invalid.I said sorry but i didn't see that on the coupon showing on app. I took my order to go and when I opened the box was sadlydisappointed. Nachos were very unappetizing and looked nothing like they normally do. I don't know if she was mad that she gaveme the discount or if the quality of service and product is poor at this particular location (it is the second time that serviceand food was sub par). I always order the vegetarian beyond bowl with no sour cream to make it vegan (it already does not come with cheese as listed on... the taco cabana website). I think this location might be purposefully messing with me? They gave me a bowl with a little bit ofcheese sprinkled in my food (not on top) so it was hard to take out after it was melted. I just threw it all away. And today Iordered the same and there was no cheese but they gave me refried beans in it (which is not vegan at taco cabana, this bowl issupposed to come with whole black beans). Just wanted to worn others about this location, because at this point it seems likeit's on purpose. Read more

I order breakfast tacos all the time from different locations. I am on my way to north Dallas and call to order to go. Simon... takes my call. He sounds annoyed and asks for me to hold then hangs up. I call back after two calls I get through. He asked thenwhat the order. I let him know three TC way boxes. He asks by when I?m on route which he doesn?t know takes me 30 min. He startsaggressively telling me not to place orders unless it?s 45 minutes or later when needed. I said excuse me don?t tel me when Ishould or should not place an order. I?m not even close to there yet. I just said I?m on route. He starts telling me not to callin an order again. If you do not like to take orders or prepare them then you shouldn?t be in the food industry. He?s rude andshould not be taking calls. I hope corporate addresses this. Read more

I'm not sure how this location is still open but somehow it is. Between the homeless people loitering and blocking the entrances... and exits at given time to the HORRIBLE staff. I stopped going to this location a long time ago but I was starving today. I madea HUGE mistake. I ordered the food through the drive thru, no problem BUT when I got to the drive thru window it was a differentstory. The manager was the one running the drive thru. She couldn't be bothered to hand me my food like a civilized individual.She shoved it at me through the window. I got the 3 pack of street tacos. NEVER AGAIN! It looked like it was dumped in a smallcontainer. The tortillas were cold and doughy. The meat was pinkish and super greasy. It was pretty disgusting. If you wantpeople to frequent your business while were in the middle of an awful economy and you want people to work for you, maybe youneed better staff in general. Same issue every time I order from here on doordash. Until it gets fixed, I will not be ordering. To whoever is in charge? TCs... is a fast food Mexican restaurant with fantastic salsa. People come there because of the salsa. Personally, I like to put it onmy tacos and burritos. The last several times I have ordered from this location, I have purchased a 16oz container of salsa. So,I expect a 16oz container of salsa. Each of the last few time I have ordered I have received less than 1oz of salsa. See imageattached. If you?d like to earn my business back and update my review, tell me that you?ve had a chat with the employees andthat the issue has been resolved so I can try again. Ps- The salsa at the location is wildly inconsistent too. Sometimes it?sreally good and thick and sometimes it?s very watery. Read more

It took them an hour to make and send out 3 breakfast tacos. And then they would not answer the phone when I called to ask why... it was taking so long when I was told I would get my foot by 8:35 I got my order at 9:15 I ordered at 8:15 and my food isn?twarm so upset Read more

I love taco cabana, so I'm kinda new in the area, and decide to get me taco cabana today, well I was very disappointed, my... order includes rice, and the Rice was extremely awful, hard, like old rice, The chicken and beef fajita was old as well, evenhard to chew, very disappointed, if it wasn't because I'm super tired I would definitely go for my money back... yall luckyI'm drain out, is sad spending money and get back something that is not even worth it..
