I was picking up a delivery order today and went through the drive thru. The cashier scolded me for not coming in, so I had to... park and go in. When I went in the order was not ready and I waited there for 15 minutes. What a waste of my time, mind you I amdelivering this to someone else. Holy smokes... I have heard the horror stories (half empty sauce) and actively warned about this establishment and today I... witnessed it and paid for it. It started with the drive thru window, after making my order and being given my total. I arrivedat the window and was almost handed the wrong order, easy mistake but now the price has changed. So I offered to park and comeinside to ensure I didn't pay for something and drive away with someone else's order. Then comes the door roulette, 3 of thedoors facing the general parking lot are locked, which I should have taken as a sign. But I proceeded to enter and verify myorder with the individual that approached me very unprofessional. But I indulged and smiled as we got it together. I paid anddeparted with proof of all the tales. They should definitely advertise having the "Hottest Lettuce" which was warmer than thetacos. Enjoy at your stomachs risk. The worst taco cabana I?ve ever been to. Was ignored when trying to place my order. When I pulled up to the window to see what... was going on employees were laughing and throwing hot sauce packets at each other!!!! I?ve been here once before and waited inlike for 45 minutes AFTER I ordered my food and was still behind two cars. Not sure what?s going on here but definitely won?t beback. Read more
Frequent visitor to this place. Great place to dine inside and the price is reasonable. Drive through somewhat slow appears to... me. Could be short handed. Food quality is great esp. their Fajitas, Salads and Quesadillas. Wish 'em the best. Read more

This is the worse Taco Cabana ever. I wish there was a way to give them 1/2 a star. They honestly need to fire that entire... staff and get a whole new one. As a licensed Chef that has been in the restaurant industry for years this is the worse place togo, even if you are hungry. I have given this place several opportunities to show something different, but they have failed tono end. Their service is the poorest I have ever experience from any fast food place. They constantly argue with you aboutyour order and are very combative in the drive through no matter what day it is. I work down the street and when I firststarted in this area my employees warned me never to go to that location, but I did it because of convenience. I always leavefrustrated. They do not get your order right no matter what is requested or how specific you are. The attitudes that areamongst the employees are horrible. I tried once again to go this morning because I was starving and I like the breakfasttacos, and once again I was disappointed. The young lady in the drive thru didn't get my order correct for two tacos. Thenthere was another young lady that was yelling at her and me about requesting cilantro and onion on the side, which is what I doevery morning. I am over it and I will never go back there again. Ok so besides the extended wait to order. Place order and it was not right and on top may side of beans and rice where both dry.... Beans stiff as clay and rice clumped n cold. Only live a cpl miles away and food wasn't hot like warm. So frustrating to spendmore money when food may not be correct til to late. And fact that they close early now doesn't help.
