Taste was good but too expensive for the amount given..

If I could rate this Paciugo with 0 stars I would. My girls 4 and 9 are very picky about flavors. We tried some flavors, which... they did not like. When we asked for another flavor they said we could only try 3. After I asked if we needed to buy somethingwithout trying it, she laughed and lift her shoulders. Located in the mall. Got the Rose Gelato. Tasted good. Expensive prices.

I was charged more than the prices on the menu. They didn't even tell me the total when I was paying or that the prices had... changed. When I asked the staff about it they said the prices changed to be more expensive and the menu prices were wrong. Theysaid the manager was aware & there was nothing they could do for me. They were very rude about it. I should've been told aheadof time & it would have been fine. Why would you not change the menu that everyone is looking at to be the correct prices? Makesno sense. The lease they could do is tell customers ahead of time. Read more

love their Nutella smoothie and gelato. Price is a bit high for the things you get, but cold dessert at a mall is way to go.
