I can?t speak on the food experience at this particular location, because I threw my food away before trying it. The cook in the... restroom walked away from the urinal, shook his hand and begun texting and exiting, WITHOUT washing his soiled hand. Thisunsanitary behavior clearly transfers over to the food being prepared in the kitchen. Also, his phone is clearly a bacteriainfested trap and he is texting on the job. It?s disgusting. Honestly, I think torchys is a bit overrated and pricey. However, it?s fun every once and a while, they have sooo many fun taco... choices. The queso is very good. You must try it! Read more

Love this Torchy?s location! Helpful, friendly, no nonsense staff. Fun and clean environment. Food is terrific, a bit on the... spicy side true to its name & logo. Three requests, though: Less salt in their delicious guacamole/queso/refried beans; morevegetarian taco options; black beans as a side, please! When you order 2 large quesos and this is how they come. First time it happened, I didn?t complain but now that it?s happened... twice, I?m totally disappointed. Not so much an accident. Update: So after they asked me to fill out feedback (see below) sothey could get in touch with me directly... I did it. And 3 weeks later... nothing. Not a word. High energy, friendly greeting . . . what?s your specialty dish? She could not answer, after asking three different ways. I... put money on the counter to pay, she thanked me & put it in the tip jar. In her mind, their specialty must have been quesobecause she mentioned the dish as an add on or side five or six times. Turns out their best seller is a taco called the TrailerPark. Nothing more than a deep fried chicken tender taco. Item #2 on the menu was a Pork Tip Taco. That was yummy. Retriedbeans were good, too. Clean, young crowd, families, good vibes.
