The food was unique and tasted great. Wide variety of choices. Hot and fresh... came out super quick. The service was... particularly friendly (Thanks Frankie.... you're the best man!). Very nice place with a variety of tacos to choose from and when I say they give you a lot in each taco , I actually got full off... of one. As a self-proclaimed taco connoisseur I have to say that these tacos were some of the best I?ve ever had especially the... ?Slow-Roasted Angus Brisket? taco which I could probably eat every day for the rest of my life. One of our regular go to options for quick and good tacos. We live in the neighborhood and Velvet is always consistent. Good... taco options along with queso and street corn. You can get lettuce wrap taco for gluten free option. They also have a glutenfree specific menu. Never have to wait too long for the food. Decent patio for outdoor dining. Read more
I?m just going to say, yes they?re a little pricey but they?re so so worth it. Everything here is so yum and they?re so... accommodating to what you?re into (peep lettuce instead of bread). Not only are the tacos consistently hot, tasty, and filling - but Heidi really elevated our experience today by hearing about... our birthday celebrations and taking care of us with a dessert to kick off the weekend!
