I was told they closed early but people were coming by to pick up food 45 mins prior to the closing time .. very rude staff

This Wendy's location has never disappointed. Been coming here for 5+ years. Food is always fresh, employees provide exceptional... customer service, and I am never waiting more than 5 minutes for my food once at the window. The definition of a great Fast FoodRestaurant. I thought the bourbon Burger came with a bun did not know I had to specify that I wanted a bun on it got my food was supposed to... be a bourbon Burger combo with chili cheese fries and ended up getting a ham piece of hamburger meat with the pickles and onionsin the chief of the median in a container and then I got bacon cheese fries instead of chili cheese fries and now that it's toolate for me to take the food home I just have to eat what I was given instead of what I actually ordered and I read my receiptand I ordered it online so it should have been correct I did not realize I had to ask for a bun on a hamburger if next time Ijust saw her at the window cuz for some reason they left my butt off of there and then gave me the wrong fries top it off Read more
