This place is a mess. Sticky floors, no napkins, no paper towels, no lettuce(?), empty ketchup dispenser, ketchup-encrusted... packets, and the people working there have 0 customer service. "Here's your food, now get out" mentality. I'll go to the otherWendy's down the road, cause nothing beats the Wendy's nuggets. Read more

I went through the drive thru this morning & at first the old man on the intercom seemed really nice..that is until I got to the... window where he informed me that he could not understand the person in the car behind me because they were speaking Spanish.Still all good until he said ?you know, I always tell people if I went to Mexico, the first thing I would do is learn to speakSpanish. Drive thru line was long. Fries were cold and were perceive to be fresh. Nuggets were colder than a polar bear butter.... Absolutely not the case. The employee taking the order was abrasive and rude. Tourist from west coast. I ordered using the iOS mobile app. The app is good and convenient to modify food and place order. It?s... a bit of challenge to add promo code coupons in the app. Spicy chicken nuggets was yummy ???? got and crispy. Loved the taste????. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious ????. Being stuck at the office all day I took the liberty to order with door dash I paid 14 bucks for this disappointment. I know I... took a couple of bite because I?m hungry but this is not what I ordered I threw it away. My fries were cold Af. I called Wendyand the lady that answered said they weren?t doing it with the vegetables anymore. But I go to their website and I seevegetables on their ingredients.
