This place has really gone downhill. Went a few weeks ago and you could see the young lady working there chatting on her cell... phone while making drinks. Part of the time she was holding the phone with her shoulder and ear. This was making her go slow andshe wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing. She had a very long weave that was dangling in front of her face. Herhair was completely rubbing IN the cups while she was making drinks and she was holding the cups by the rims with her fingers inthem. When I pulled up she offered me a free drink because surprise surprise the person in front of me didn't want their drinkthat had had the weave dangling in it. I politely declined. She really needs better training. Have given the place anothercouple chances assuming it was a one time bad day but they are consistently forgetting items and saying that they don't sellcertain things that are still on the sign. Its always open and available, but the quality can vary depending on who is working and when you get your food. I have found... that more often than not it has been up to what I have come to experience from this franchise. I have returned many times, butit isn't usually my go-to for fast food around here. I have purchased the frosty keychain the lady was rude and did not give me my free frosty telling me that it was wrong. The... keychain specifically says free frosty with any purchase. In my order I specifically asked for no salt on fries they stillproceeded to give me fries with salt. Very disappointed in you Wendy?s. Read more
I ordered off the app from my rv and walked in, the woman didn't know how to pull it up but the manager i assume came over... quickly with the order in hand pulled it up and that was it. I tied my dog to the door for a second when I went inside throughthe side door. She could see me the whole time so I didn't care I normally wouldn't do that unless I'm in a donut type shop.Anyways the woman who was at the fronts name is marlo i think was very nice. I normally really enjoy coming to this Wendy's location, but tonight was pretty bad service and food. Came to get a grilled... chicken sandwich and was told by one of the workers it would take an additional 6 min for the food, and I was ok with waiting.10 min passed and I finally got my order. Came home and discovered not only did I get a fried chicken sandwich but it was raw.Thanks Wendy's for almost killing me. Don't waste your money. Disgusting. Read more
Hi everyone , Don't ever go to this Wendy's for service its Horrible I have never seen so many people that hate their job before... ,went to get a combo and they gave the wrong burger with my meal and instead of just fixing the problem the whole team ganged upon me and my husband, repeating my order over and over and the ring leader was the manager. I couldn't believe the assault wehad to endure just to get a order corrected he was so angry we just asked for our money back and that made it worse he stated"THESE PEOPLE TODAY" and proceeded to talk about us in Spanish to the rest of the team while he got our refund out of the drawer, didn't ask how we wanted our refund considering we paid with a card by the way ! threw our money toward us and we pushed off,but forreal people its like gang Wendy's at this place and I wouldn't trust them handling anything that must pass my lips andinto my body .
