Unsalted fries, the drink was all ice, and gave me one ketchup packet. They are way focused on profit margins then customers.

Ridiculous!!! I ordered a junior burger & med onion rings at drive thru. Small order!! They asked cars to pull up past the... window to wait for food after you pay. But 20 min later, still no food. The people in front of me were served in the first 10min, and after that they started serving the people behind me! I had to go inside to get my food & the bag was just sittingthere, getting cold. They forgot about me! I asked the manager for a refund & he blamed me for not being outside when they triedto bring my food which is a lie because I had waited all that time & no one came, I only went inside after waiting 20 min & Iwent straight to the counter to talk to him! So no one came outside in that 20 seconds of time, plus I was watching to see ifanyone was going outside as I was coming in. He refused my refund & only offered a free dessert. Awful customer service. It hasbeen nearly 3 yrs since I went to a Whataburger. I've been boycotting them since my husband worked at one & they treated him sobadly as an employee, making him work 70-80 hour weeks, often only letting him off for 3 hours before making him return foranother shift. I thought maybe I was wrong for thinking all of them suck, just because one treated him so badly. But nope, theyjust all suck. Maybe my food was forgotten because an employee had been at work for 14 hours after getting no sleep fromanother long shift before this, like what happened to my husband often. Who knows.
