This morning I ordered 22 breakfast sandwiches for my coworkers. First, the service was excellent and the manager took the time... to come out and thank me for my order. The gentleman who took my order made sure every buger was exactly as I ordered with asmile. My coworkers loved the burgers. Love this location for a whataburger store. I have whataburger closer to me on retail road but this one is just 5 minutes more... away. I come here because the employees pay attention to my order and make sure I have all my items in the bag. Even though themhaving my items in the bag is a requirement it means a lot to me because the retail road hasn?t forgotten a lot of thingsincluding my sandwich. As a former fast food worker myself I know it?s stressful and we want to just stand around sometimes butwhen you?re on the clock you can?t do that and keep pushing. You can tell the GM is very active and had his employees doingsomething to improve the store. This is my favorite Whataburger inside the city of Dallas. We most often use the mobile order pick up inside, and they?re mostly... on time. We have had success in the car pickup and drive thru as well. The staff has a high success rate with our requests andcharge us correctly (I?ve been overcharged for incorrect add-ons at other locations). If there are any minor issues, the stafftakes care of it without debate. For a very busy location, I?m always satisfied for a quick bite or a full meal. Read more
This was my second time eating a Whataburger. The first time was in El Paso on the way from Dallas to California. My dog and I... thoroughly enjoyed it. The manager came out to our SUV to check on us. This time was another story. The Whataburger seemedlifeless and definitely not up to the hype.
