With the doors locked at a 24 hour establishment ???? it isn't very convient to go through the drive-thru at 11 PM to get your... order corrected with a line wrapped around the building. Cons: 10 minutes to take my order? Employee taking orders could not speak proper English and could not understand me... Did not... know how to read back order and or complete the order with a drink... Orders are incorrect 2 out of 5 times on a norm and I goto this place daily. Yes, I know I eat a lot of whataburger. Unorganized and need to repeat my order at the speaker and at thepay window. Often times incorrect Pro: Rosalinda is the nicest lady in the drive thru that I have ever had the pleasure ofmeeting. First time a Whataburger made my wife simple burger right, Whataburger jr with only extra mayo, extra pickles and cheese. Happy... wife happy life or so I?m told! The food here won't disappoint. To be fair, I only go to drive-thru after first ordering on-line. The drive-thru pick-up window... is the problem. They know I'm coming, they have the food ready BUT it is a circle jerk. Where is their team lead, someone tokeep order to train? They literally bump into one another and mess up something in the order. They likely need people like mostminimum wage employers these days. We need a living wage. Read more
The young lady accidentally put our order in wrong but the manager helped to correct the error. We ordered meal number 2 with a... coupon so we got a free burger. We got the fries and onion rings. The food was awesome even though I don't eat fast food much. But when I do, I prefer Whataburger over the rest of the burger joints out there. Read more
How is it possible to receive an order at the counter and deliver a whataburger and fries to the table in 3 minutes? Easy, cool... everything in advance. That way the fries are cold, the cheese doesn?t melt on the old patty. This whataburger is one of the newbreed, profit before taste. I've always tasted good and great food from this brand . Unfortunately, the location on retail rd in Dallas disappointed me.... Orders were confused and when I received my food the taste was not what I usually get from this brand. I did not want to wait 20plus or more minutes to take it back to get it right.
