I've had 2 previous issues at this location where they always forgot items. This time they were out of a lot of items when I was... ordering like no medium size cups, out of apple juices and out of spicy ketchup for examples. But that's not why I'm giving it a1 star. It's because I pulled up to the window and the person asks for my receipt. So I give it to them. Then they give me adrink holder with 4 drinks that weren't mine. I return them back. About 10 minutes pass. Then the person tells me to pull up tothe front, they'll bring me my order. I ask for my receipt back and she says they need it to make my order. So I pull up front.After about 15 mins I notice the past 5 cars behind me all got their orders and leave. I go inside. They tell me they're stillworking on it. Turns out it was a lie and they never made my food because when one asked where was the stuff they never made itand couldn't find anything. Then they started scrambling trying to get my order ready and they pulled food from other people'sorders to create my order. Shaking my head. Read more

Soda fountain is out of service tonight!!! What am I gonna do? Haha, tea is a good substitute. Most of the 1 star reviews who... visited this location so many times and the one time they get something slightly wrong, they pounce on this place with a badreview. Not me, I have been here for years and so far so good. I order the breakfast platter, chicken tenders and their tastyburger. Some days it's blah and some days it's great. But I've not been sick one time and go home happy. My favorite snack isthe fries and you can never go wrong with that. Read more

Fourth time in a row. Doesn't matter delivery, in person, drive through; they can't get the order right yet insist I pay for it.... They will rob you if you don't check your order then go inside to confront them about it. And they disagree with youaggressively even with the receipt and proof. Today was delivery; 3-5 days for a refund, but that's what they said last time andnever followed through. Rummage through their trash for more reliable results and far better service. Better yet, go anywhereelse. This location is an embarrassment to the food service industry. Read more

I came here for breakfast on July 26th and everything was great. The food was served as I was sitting down and it tasted very... good. The lady behind the counter was friendly. They were not busy and all the tables and chairs were nice and clean. Read more

I drove 20 mins to order here. Trish took my order & was extremely rude, rolled her eyes, threw my food to me, etc. all b/c I... ask for an extra sauce. I ask for a free one b/c I spent 20 mins (probably more) waiting in line to order and receive my food. Iasked for a corporate number after her rudeness & a manager came to aggressively tell me to get it off the front doors with ahorrible attitude. I ask for a refund b/c I felt it unsafe to eat the food after being treated so horribly, but the managerrefused me a refund b/c she said, "It's manager's discretion." Even though I paid cash & corporate told me it is policy to giveback cash refunds. Then she proceeded to call the police on me, took my receipt & wouldn't give it back after asking hermultiple times. She completely ignored me. I felt so embarrassed. I understand how food business can be, I use to work at afast food restaurant myself, but it's a horrible thing to treat someone w/ such disrespect just b/c you aren't having the bestday. They all frowned from the moment I saw their faces, but laughed/smiled as I sat saddened by their disgusting behaviorswaiting for police to arrive. Read more

I've been visiting this location for years but today was a disgrace. After 30 minutes in line the staff member came to our car... to run our card and kept saying it wouldn't go through. I immediately checked my bank account to see she'd processed it 9 times@$36 and some change. She had the manager come to our car who said it was impossible to charge it more than once. We justpolitely said we wanted her to be aware in case more than 1 charge processed. When we got home, we discovered the order waswrong, the sodas were flat and syrupy, the fries were cold and hard and the burger was extremely cold (like it was refrigeratedor something). I took a picture below to show the amount of jalapenos I pulled out of my burger (and I left plenty on it) alongwith the soggy lettuce and tomatoes. So, so disappointing and not the typical quality we were used to getting at this location(I-30/ Cockrell Hill). Anyway, I hope we don't end up paying $300+ (the charges are still pending) for this horrible foodexperience. Whataburger, please get it together! Read more

I had a very bad experience in this place I was in line at the Drive Thru for more than 20 min and when they finally gave me my... order I drove for 10 more minutes until I got home and when I was just about to eat I found a hair in my food .. I called thestore and they told me that they could only change my food ?Free? I mentioned that it would not be free since I paid for itunless they returned my money and also changed my food then it would be free and they told me that they couldn't do that theycould only return my money So I drove to the store very upset so that they would return my money. I gave them their food withhair and I was left without dinner, so this store made me waste a lot of time. Gasoline is very expensive and on top of that Ididn't eat anything because it was already too late for look for another place I contacted the corporate but they did nothingeither ???? what a bad organization. Whet to get the better burger and fries and what I got was a 1/2 a pattie that was dried out toppings wasn't all that the bun... wasn't toasted the minimal amount of mustard the onions maybe 6 little pieces the fries where cold and stale no condiments wereoffered and twice I had to go requist my my shake. The manager did redo my order at a total of 40 min wait. Was very displeasedwith the whole experience even some of the employees wasn't wearing hats or hair nets . Photos included. Read more
