I was behind one car when I pulled up to order a shake for me and my wife. They didn't have ANYTHING over the skake signs... indicating the stakes were down or not available. As I'm writing this I sat behind the vehicle in front of me long enough totype this out and I'm now irritated because not only did I not get my shakes but now I have to sit and wait 15 minutes forNOTHING because I couldn't get out or go around. Unbelievable and the level of irritation this caused goes completely unnoticed.Will not be considering this location again. Read more
The staff was really good, food was good, the only complaint was the person in the front Willie(female) was her name if I?m not... mistaken. Decided not to deliver but pickup my order, what a mistake. Bruno and the rest of the staff were more than helpful.Willie(female) decided to have an attitude, which even the staff and customers around were caught off guard by her unnecessaryattitude. It's a shame I my lowest score for service is 1, I really need a negative option for this one. Oh my god! Over 20 minutes of... waiting and the lady at the drive thru was super rude. After all was said and done to get our food was over 50 minutes. Going toa restaurant would have taken less time and had better service! Read more
Never in my life have I ever had to wait for over an hour in a drive-thru. The time from when my order was taken through the... drive thru was about 30 mins with an additional 40 mins of wait time. Absolutely insane. Do better. @PeteMontaJr Read more
Service has gone downhill at this location. The food is good, typical Whataburger grub, but the service is extremely slow. The... drive thru line is long due to slow service. I came in around 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night, only a few people in the restaurantand drive thru. I was able to order right away and got pleasant service from the cashier, the problem came later. I waited about20 minutes for my order to come out, meanwhile the young staff is laughing and gossiping. My bacon cheeseburger tasted good whenit finally arrived, but the wait was irritating. The manager is nice and doing her best, but her staff are lacking. Parking is achallenge, as the long drive thru lines block people from pulling in or backing out of parking spots. Nasty. I LOVE Whataburger, but this joint was very disappointing. The staff was fast and friendly. The food... Wow it was... sloppy, my burger fell apart and fell into a puddle of it's own ooze from being DRENCHED in blue cheese. The fries had a funnyfish oil flavor.
