The drive thru took ages. We were asked to keep moving forward. After we had been waiting for 10 minutes after being asked to... move forward, the worker came out and said he forgot what we had ordered. We waited another 10 minutes for him to bring us ourfood. Read more
Nathan was working the Drive-Thru and he was on top of it. Running in and out to bring out the orders. Excellent customer... service as well. I know there aren?t many positive reviews out there it?s mostly to complain but I felt like he exceededexpectations. Great job! Read more
i quit coming to this particular location about a year ago because the customer service was lacking imo. i went today because of... a coupon i received from work. i placed a to-go order and Ms. Nettie, the cashier, had wonderful energy and made my experience acomplete pleasure! i sat down at a random table to wait for my number to be called but instead a masked gentlemen (who workedthere) brought me my order and my condiments. i don?t eat here often but if the energy stays like this! i could see this beingan option for my lunch going forward! At this point nobody cares!!! Last time eating at any what a burger place!!! But man paying high price dollar for the order to... come out wrong on various occasions just doesn?t sit well with me anymore. Who ever is reading this take it as a sign to noteat/dinner at any location what so ever! As you can see from the pictures medium fries got small servings, Buffalo chicken stipsandwich no Buffalo sauce chicken was cold! Ketchup packets dirty was disgusted had to throw away. Whataburger has been one of those places that I?ve always wanted to go to. Luckily, I was able to visit when I traveled to... Dallas. Years on years of hype, hearing about this fast food chain that is elusive to South Florida and I must admit, it didnot disappoint. The service and indoor eating area could have been better but the food itself lived up to every single bit ofthe hype for a fast food restaurant in my opinion. Ordered online and once arrived waited about 10 min where food should of already been ready 5 min before that per time on app. I... tried calling inside and no answer. I saw an employee walking in and asked her to let someone know I was waiting on an order! Ipreferred online because this is usually fast and I had to get to the school to pick up my son! And to top it off I get no bbqsauce or gravy for my chicken strips! Read more
