Manager was off duty, in uniform, cursing, commenting on people walking by. When my food was ready she stood in the way... rebagging her purchase and made no effort to be courteous when an employee told her I was trying to get my food. Will notrecommend or ever visit again. This is my second time eating WS in the DFW airport and the second time I've been disappointed. The first time the cajun... boneless wings I ordered were not coated in sauce nor was there much sauce in the container so I had to go back to get moresauce to coat them with. The second time, when I ordered I asked for extra sauce on them, got my food and went back to myterminal to eat and of course I needed more sauce. The ticket had extra sauce on the order but no luck as the pic shows. I enjoythe WS by my house but this one not so much. I'll try somewhere else next time. Read more
Fresh, hot and delicious. I had the lemon pepper wings and fries. Definitely helped in between flights.
I only tried their breakfast while in a hurry to board a plane. Their egg and cheese biscuit tasted like a frozen meal that was... over-microwaved. Same with their hash browns. Very cheap prices for an airport, so you truly do get what you pay for. Verypleasant service. Read more
I read all the bad reviews, but I didnt think it would be THAT bad. This restaurant is very filthy, you can tell they never wipe... anything down. The customer service was nonexistent. Whoever was calling out orders would switch between numbers and names,which was confusing. I was expecting them to call out my number but then the girl got mad because she had to call out my name somany times. But I couldn?t even understand her accent and it didnt even sound like she was saying my name, lol. I was justhappy to get my food. The only reason I give it 3 stars it because it satisfied my wingstop cravings. But they took 15mins togive me my order and it was very greasy (compared to other wingstops.) Overall, I dont think I?d come again unless I reallywanted wings. Read more
