Wingstop needs to step it up into the new era. The disorganization is ridiculous, seriously it's 2022. Why don't they have one... line for people to order and one line for people to check in on their online orders? Literally packed over what I would say isthe maximum capacity limit. They always under cook your food and burn your fries. I requested well done on the wings and the skin was very soft obviously... not even the regular done. My fries were also ordered well done and were burned. Payed almost $50 for bad meal. The location byWalmart up a few blocks on 30 cooks the food way better. Read more
This place has horrible customer service, they ways lie about the time your order would be ready. I have been trying to get a... hold of manager and they just have me on hold. When you call the number to place order im assuming someone else that is noteven there answers and places the order for you.
