I had placed an order for 12 wings (1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 mild). These wings were NOT GOOD. The lemon pepper wings barely had... any lemon pepper on them and the mild wings were just super spicy. The people in the reviews are either lying or just don?t knowgood wings (Plucker?s). I tried this place because I was originally going to try Knockouts Sports Bar (a recommendation from myfriend), but they didn?t answer the phone when I called to place an order and I was still craving wings at that point. So Igoogled and WNB Factory was in the direction I was going and they had decent reviews. The extra star is because the guy gave me2 ranches and not just 1. Next time I?ll stick to what I know and just go to Pluckers! I hate wasting money on nasty food.Lesson learned! Read more

I'm a fan of WNB Factory but this location can't get it right. I usually dine at the Irving location where my food is always... fresh, hot, and appetizing. I've now been to this location twice. After my first experience, I knew I never wanted to returnagain (the first time I dined in, my wings were COLD. Not warm, not lukewarm... COLD!)... But because the Irving location didn'thave any rice, I made the drive here and I honestly wish I would have gotten something else. The good... My food was hot thistime (my rice more hot than the wings). The bad... The eggs in my rice had no business being there! They were severelyovercooked... I had to pick it all out just to eat the rice at all. - The wings... I don't know if it's the way they'reprepared, but it's just not good! I won't return to this location for a third time. Read more

This place is the Best! The staff are very welcoming and the food is magnificent! My favorite drinks are the smoothies, peach... drink and sweet tea. I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week for lunch and it's worth every dime! Highly recommended! Read more

This place was FANTASTIC and SUPER CLEAN! I absolutely love love love wings and was very excited when I saw this sign go up! I... finally got a chance to try it and I was not disappointed! I'm going to become a regular at this place! Their wings are nicelycooked and the sauces I tried were amazing! Honey Garlic was an amazing combination and I tried the hottest one they had. My first time. 1st impression, friendly staff (those at the counter, as well as the GM, who stopped my table to talk and ask... how things were). A quaint place with a throw back feel with the metal table and chairs. I ordered a burger (bacon cheese)with their signature sauce and jerk spiced wings. 1st the burger, small, very little of their signature sauce on it. The sauceitself was quite delicious, just not enough of it. Otherwise, the 1/4 lb burger good. If you are hungry, get the double. Thejerk wings were outstanding. My friend ordered the shrimp po' boy sandwich, which she enjoyed. The GM recommended the Phillysteak sandwich, which I will try next. Read more
