I talked to the manager Danielle. About a very special order on how I wanted our pizza. She and her team knocked it outta the... park. Very delicious and I gotta admit. It?s as close to Chicago pizza as u can get. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Youmade our experience well worth the trip. Thank you Read more

Pizza was ok but service was horrible. I went by at 8:30pm this last Thursday and walked up to the window to order a pizza. I... was told by the tall man with the makeup on his eyes/cheeks that it would be an hour for a pizza because they had so manyorders. I said are you sure? An hour? He said yes. An hour. Possibly longer. I declined then I went to my car and spent thenext 10 min googling different pizza places to go to. During that time I had a full, unobstructed view of the kitchen andobserved the employees talking and cleaning but DID NOT observe them breaking out in a frenzy of pizza making with the supposedinflux of new orders. Then I went online to place an order for Zalat just to see what the estimated wait time was. The onlineorder system told me that the wait was not more than 25 min. For a pizza for pick up. So I think I was lied to. Then I wentback on Saturday and ordered a pizza and got it in about 15 min. When the pizza was ready I put it in my car then noticed thatthey had not included any parmesan or red pepper flakes. So I walked back to the window and asked for some and the employeecame back to the window with some and with an attitude he said "Here is your FREE parmesan and red pepper.". He stressed theword FREE as if I was asking for something special that was not normally offered. There are several pizza places within a 4block radius of Zalat. All are very good and I've never had the terrible customer service with the other places. Choosewisely where you spend your money. Read more

This pizza is underwhelming. Hard as cardboard, dry and burnt. You would have thought it would've been perfect we ordered it... from the window and waited 15 mins it should've been super fresh and delicious. This pizza was such a disappointment. Read more

Today was my first time trying Zalat Pizza but not definitely the last! Not only was the Pineapple Express the best I've ever... had but the service was exceptional!! I was greeted by name before I even told them my name and after having a difficult morningat work I opened my box to the sweetest handwritten note that truly made my day. Danielle is the GREATEST!!!!!!!! Read more

We've faithfully be ordering Zalat on Beltline for over a year since living in Addison. As of late, I'm not sure if something... has changed with management or the cooks but the pizza is subpar. We find ourselves now requesting for the pizza not to beburned. Anytime we forget to ask them to not burn the pizza it shows up burned. I feel this is completely unacceptable when thepizza's from Zalat are more pricey than their competiton. When I called to speak with the Manger regarding the burned pizza, hedidn't bother to give us a complimentary pizza to fix the mistake. Only said he would talk to his staff so it doesn't happen inthe future. This has happened several times in the last month. Sadly, I feel we will have to find another Zalat location becausethis one can no longer be trusted to prepare a quality pizza. No one likes burned pizza especially for $30. Read more

Last time I ate at Zalat's it was in East Plano and the Elote pizza blew my mind. This time I ate at the Addison location and... was honestly less than impressed. The pizza itself was beautiful, but for some reason did not seem to be as good as the one Ihad in East Plano. Seems like this location was skimpy with their toppings and made just an average at best pizza. I will haveto try the East Plano location again to see if it's a location specific thing or if they are globally cheapening their product(fingers crossed really hope this is not the case). Read more
