Simply the best artisan croissants I ve ever had anywhere in the world. We tried the pistachio and hazelnut croissants and you... can feel the quality and pride of craftsmanship in every bite. To get this quality in the past you would need to go to Vegas orMiami or even Europe for such a treat.\nThe owner was so sweet and let us sample some fine gelatos & we really liked the lemonbasil flavor. In all and all, it s an amazing experience that will satisfy even the pickiest eaters and we can\'t wait for youto open in Frisco. We wish you continued success. Read more

I just love this place. The pastries were as good as in Italy when I was working there. Home-made Brioche and coffee from Zero... Gradi almost every morning are the must for me. And sometimes, even a Gelatto when my wife let me have some ???? Read more

Don\'t waste your money here! The pastries and ice cream are not worth the hype. The choco torta was a basic brownie with icing... and the vanilla ice cream tasted like something you\'d get from your local grocery store (think Breyers). If you want authenticItalian gelato go to Botolino. Read more

Came here after lunch next door. ???? OMG, so yum! They do have a couple of dairy free options for the Gelato. And a gluten free... dessert option (but it\'s not dairy free). The cappuccino was perfect and she made it with almond milk for me. Lovely place.Highly recommend! Read more

Zero had some of the best gelato I\'ve had in DFW. I just wish it wasn\'t downtown in a construction zone. I\'m sure I\'ll be... back when I go to the art museum. Read more

One of my favorite coffee shops closed their location permanently downtown Dallas due to the pandemic. When I started to go back... I to the office I was afraid I wouldn?t be able to get great coffee. Thankfully, Zero Gradi has stepped in and is making amazingcoffee. It?s a bit hard to get to and there is no parking directly in front. You have to park in the attached garage behind thefront of the building. But it?s definitely worth it. They also have quick takeaway sandwiches (which I haven?t tried yet butwill soon) and desserts - pastries and gelato. Also note that there is a lot of construction going on at the moment but don?tlet that stop you! Read more
