To Daebrien - I know you are new but you did a great job handling a few curveballs that got thrown your way. The board was wrong... outside, but you confirmed my question decisively. Yes, it was rung up slightly off but I could have been clearer in whichsandwich I wanted - that is not on you. Even if it was, so what? As much as we all want to be perfect, sometimes it doesn't workout like that. Especially when it's car after car, you can't let one mistake or bad event affect the others. I love Hardees' burgers, but the staff definitely were having a bad day or just not feeling it today. Food was still good but... service left alot to be desired. Waited for almost 15 minutes for food and don't know what exactly i was waiting on becausethere was not one single item in that bag that was hot! I haven't been in there in years....was a little disappointed, soggy sandwich, cold soggy fries Ketchup packets were very... sticky, went to wipe my hands off and there were no napkins.... Arrived later on a cold and rainy night and have to say the food was hot and fast. The inside looked nice and clean. The staff... was super pleasant. All of these things are hard to come by since the pandemic. This location and staff deserves beingrecognized with a great review. Read more
Came here after an away game for my son. Got there kinda late but the staff was friendly and personable. It was really... impressive how nice they were! The food was really good too. The jalapeño poppers were sit down restaurant quality if notbetter. The burger tasted like really ground beef and the toppings were fresh. If I am ever in the area again and need a meal Iwill be back. Read more
I don't burgers often. When I do, I like to go to Hardee's. There is only one other place in York that burger taste as good as... Hardee's. This is the only place for me. Read more
Biscuits and gravy was awesome! Country fried steak biscuit was amazing. Facilities all super clean. Ethan was very kind.
First time for breakfast, was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Will go again!
