I wish I could leave 0 stars. My daughter ordered pizza today at 3:12. At 4:09 she called to see where it was. Supposed to be... delivered 3:49-3:59. They said they needed a driver and it would be leaving soon. At 4:59 she called to cancel the order. Itsays delivered, but we have no pizza. There wasn't even an apology offered or anything! Total false advertising. Give negative stars if could. You order the pepperoni extravaganza stuff crust pizza which pizza shows... pepperoni on it but wait that just for show. You have to customize it, while yet the cheese stuff crust doesn't show pepperoni.But don't have to customize that with cheese. Call them up and no help at all. Total ripoff. Store refuses to pick up the phone after 9:00, called the store 8 times, each time the call was ignored. I went into the store... to order, and explained the issue and called the same number within the store, and the phone rang perfectly fine. Your employeesclearly can not perform their jobs correctly, nor do they comprehend how to answer a phone. The manager was not helpful at allto the situation, defending their neglagence with made up excuses about the phone only working when you call from inside thestore. I pick up pizza here once a week. The workers are great and the pizza is as good or better then any other papa John's. The guy... that works there remembers my name which is cool cause I don't really talk much. The service is what makes this place so good.If the workers weren't good then I would go somewhere else. This place could have good pizza but they undercook it every time. Would someone please send a manager down here to show them... how to properly bake a pizza.Until I read positive reveiws I am done at this pizza place. Just a few minutes more and pizzawould have been properly baked. You would think they would have it down to a science by now. Slow down, turn up the oven orloose customers.
