As an Applebee's, this particular location was top notch. The chain itself is very reliably above average fair, but certainly... not (and likely doesn't aim to be for accessibility reasons) an earth shattering culinary experience. Decent food at a decentprice with good service in a comfortable setting is quite enough when done reliably. As a side note, if you're not in the moodfor Mexican food, it's one of the better places in the area to eat. Read more

We were told wait time was less than 20 mins and we waited over 45 mins just to be told they thought they had already had us... seated. So they were seating everyone in front of us. Our food took almost 30 mins to get. After that service they charged me 8times for my meal. Not ran my card 8 times but actually charged me 8 times for one meal that was $47.00. So my husband and I ateat this place for $376.00. They tried to tell me it was just pending but I called my bank and it was taken out of my account.Now having to dispute it with my bank. This is terrible trouble for 1 meal. Too much going on. My friends that ate with us thatday was charged 6 times for 1 meal. Just heads up. Read more
Dined in about lunch time on July 30. 3 people in party. 2 ordered salads, other ordered a chicken bowl. Took over an hour to... get our food. The hostess was having to go around and buss tables, and the servers had to serve many tables+ clean up othertables. The kitchen forgot many things that the servers had to make up for, which they should not have to do. The manager JohnKnowles made little effort to make up for the meal. Read more

We got told it was a half hour wait, when there was only two tables being used in the whole place and no one In line but us
Our waitress Charity was very friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks were continually filled and checked to make sure... everything was good including giving extra napkins. The restaurant was clean. We noticed a card on the table regarding aveterans fundraiser, it is really nice to see that Applebee?s supports our veterans. Mozzarella cheese stick appetizer -good Oriental chicken salad - delicious Will be back Update 11/11/2020 Jennifer N was our waitress and she was friendly andattentive. The server was excellent. I ordered the new sweet and spicy crispy chicken with slaw, and apparently either the slaw wasn't up... to temp, or someone didn't wash their hands because I got really ill. I'm going to contact the manager and possibly the healthdept if they don't find out what the problem was. I won't be going back. Read more
