Once upon a time BK was my favorite breakfast and occasionally lunch or dinner place. Not any longer. The prices have gone up... but quality does not seem to be what it used to be. I ordered 2 bec croissants 2 for five and large hash browns in drive thru. What I got was 2 sausage only croissants. How in the... world can burger king mess up an order so simple. I rate this experience a 1 star for good reason. America is supposed to be acountry of intelligence and smart people, but what I experience in around the Georgia area is utter stupidity. I went thru the drive thru and the guy that took my order got one of my drinks wrong then poured it out and use the same cup for... the right drink. After not going to a single burger king for a decade because I got sick from it I decided to give it a go again. I got the Spicy... Ch'King. Very solid chicken sandwich, loved the sauce on it, was very creamy and crunchy at the same time. The employees werevery kind and easy to communicate with, I received the food about 3 mins later and sat inside on the cushioned chairs. Nicesolid experience for my first burger king in a decade. I don?t eat Burger King very often but this one is close by where I happened to be working on this day. I gave it a 2 star... review because the food was what you would expect from a fast food place and I had no problem with it. However, the service atthe drive through was terrible. The young lady taking orders apparently wasn?t using the microphone correctly because there wasbarely any sound coming out of the speaker, but when I told her that I couldn?t hear her she finally started speaking to whereshe was audible but was extremely rude. Then to top it off once I was at the window her terrible attitude continued like she wasmad for telling her I couldn?t hear her. If I hadn?t been in such a hurry I would have just left and went somewhere else but Ihad no time left for that. I know that one person makes no difference to BK, but I will never go to that location again. Read more
