I?m extremely disappointed with this location! If recipe items change in any way customers should be alarmed! Most importantly... if customers are not satisfied employees (specifically management) should do what ever in their power to correct the situation.Due to leaving my wallet at home I had to scrape up $2 In my car. Had I known the ?NEW? chicken bites were that disgusting ????I would?ve just thew my money in the trash rather than purchasing those. it would have been nice to have something decent to eatfor lunch , but now here I am starving until I clock out bc I REFUSE to eat that garbage, and the manager refused to offer mesomething else! I went tonight and it was horrible firstly the guy taking our order wouldn't let us finish talking and seemed to not know how to... take an order then he forgot to give us one of our drinks when we ate our food it was terrible the chicken was like eating asponge the burger was dry the fries were Luke warm at best. I ordered a milkshake and it tasted like they used sour milkhonestly. Just overall it was a terrible experience. I was there a few weeks back and had a similar experience but I assumed itwas a one off everyone is allowed a bad day here and there but I won't be back to this location after this. Read more
