The calamari was the best we've had in a while! Such good seasoning!!! The bruschetta had good flavors, but I wish the bread was... toasted. Delicious pizza though!!! We had a few different ones. We desperately want to love this place, but we have had too many consistent issues to give it a higher rating. Starting with the... positive, the taste of the pizzas here are wonderful. The flavor of the crust is very unique and the sauce has just the righttanginess and zip to it. The issues we had this time were a repeat of our past couple of visits and why we had not returned in awhile. Both pizzas we ordered were completely raw in the center, yet some of the edges were burnt to where they were black andinedible. I am not exaggerating when I say the crust was raw. Our first bites we were eating pure dough. In addition, I orderedmy pizza with green peppers and onions and it came with 4 little slivers of peppers on the entire pizza and barely that manyonion slices, so basically one vegetable piece for every two slices of pizza. It seemed extremely stingy especially when you arecharged per topping. My husband ordered bacon on his pizza and it was adequately covered, but he also was skimped on theveggies. We got this order to go, so we didn't recognize the issues until we were home. I will end with another positive, theCaesar salad was delicious.
