I have been ordering chick-fil-A for my networking meeting. I was disappointed when they could not provide me cups, napkins and... plates for my visitors. I order the plater, gallon tea and fruits. I arrived abt 315pm today 10/12/2022 the line was short however it took abt 10 mins for me to get up to the window to get my... order, which I thought was a little longer wait than normal plus their shake machine was down and I couldn't get the shake I wascraving and no receipt was offered too me with my order - I always enjoy eating here just a little dissatisfied with waiting solonger for my order. I very well know I am the odd man out here giving a bad review. All I see in this place is high (considering the competition)... price for my breakfast, cramped space, unreasonably long waiting times and food that others can do cheaper and usually better. Icannot say anything about their chicken or compare it to others, because I do not trust commercial quality chicken enough to eatit. Read more
This is less about the food and more about the experience. We came tonight through drive-through. We had about a $40 order, and... the young man that was taking the order looked completely lost. I asked for no ice and he just stood there looking at the screenand then said OK. Then I get to the window and she repeated the order back, I asked if the drink was no ice and she said ?no hedidn?t put that.? And I said ?well it?s supposed to be without ice.? She huffed and said ?can you just drink it with ice?? Thenany extra sauce we ask for wasn?t in the bag. They acted like me coming there was a burden. There were very busy with cars lined up around the building. However, they had 4 people working the lines outside with 2... taking orders and 2 bringing out the food to speed things up. We got our food about 3/4 of the way into the line, but I paidwith cash and had to stop at the window. I side I saw another 5-6 people working the front line and window. I placed an online order, as usual. When I cashed out, I didn?t receive a confirmation number due to a glitch. I get to... click-fil-A and no order. So they took my money out of my account! But didn't fill the order. And they can't do anything untilthe payment posts on my bank account! They'll send my money back in 14 days! So it will be about 20 or so days before I'll havemy money! The chicken strip I got was hot and juicy. My husband got a chicken sandwich that he said was delicious. Service was amazing... for as many people was at the restaurant. I thought that it was funny because burger King across the road had 0 customers. McDonald's just down the road also had 0 customers. The best part of the whole meal was when the server told us to have ablessed day. God bless Chick-fil-A. Stand with America. I hope the others learn that when you go woke you go broke!!!! Read more
Generally, if I'm going to Chick-fil-A, it's either for nuggets or a Cool Wrap. They don't really have much else, and they... charge too much for those. They do taste good, but I don't go there often because of the prices. I can get a far largerquantity of chicken from Zaxby's for the same price, and a far better chicken wrap from Café Ostro if I'm looking for highquality. Read more
