Every since they re-opened in my my opinion they have gotten worse. We have gotten everything from burnt burgers to dry over... done grilled chicken to dry cole Slaw. Most of which happened on the night shift. Personally I'm not a fan anymore. Read more

My order was wrong once again. The manager on duty(Chris) was unbelievably rude when I ask for the order to be fixed. I told him... I was not given an itemized receipt and he said ?yes you were, but anyway?? then I told him I was only given the credit cardreceipt and he rolled his eyes and said ? Okay, you?re wrong but ok! So what are you saying the problem is cause without thatitemized receipt, that we did give you, we can?t do anything!? Then he laughed! I understand short handed that is fine. What?s not fine is getting two people to get their food before me even tho they came in... after me. I had chicken quesadillas and a honey wrap. They were laughing at the fact that it made me a little irritated. Youhave cameras to see who is in line first. Yes, I?m being a Karen. Literally just left here about 20 minutes ago to take our food home to eat and it was garbage. The girl at the drive thru seemed... like she had no clue what she was doing. We ordered 5 trays and were handed 4 drinks and one of them wasn?t even right and hadto be fixed. Get home and one of my double burgers was a single that wasn?t even fully cooked and the other double burger hadtwo wafer thin patties. The fries were over cooked and the chicken quesadilla was practically empty. This was hands down theworst cook out experience I have ever had. I might as well have thrown my $40 away. Read more

I used to never have a complaint about this place. Loved it. The price was very much affordable and the orders were always... right. Since opening back up after the remodel, I've noticed a couple dollars price hike, which is a lot to those of us whostruggle, and my order was messed up twice now. The management needs ro be replaced due to the fact that another employee wasn'tallowed to come back and work under him when they reopened because the boy was unreliable and useless. I know this because theboy this concerned is my son and I seen the text the manager sent to another employee saying this. That was so far beyondunprofessional, it's not funny. Not only that but what he's considering unreliable is my son got vertigo. Lots of school wasmissed due to this, lots of appointments we went to to try to figure out the cause, which we never did, and just lots offrustration all together. As for my son being useless, they kept him on the grill. Not once did they ever move him around tolearn any of the other jobs so his being useless would be management's fault, not my son's. Today when I went and ordered, Ireminded the manager of NJ y messed up order from before. He recognized me as my son's mom and said that he didn't believe myorder was really messed up. I challenged him and asked why and he laughed it off trying ro act like he was kidding and replacedour nuggets. So very unprofessional and this place truly needs a better manager over it than what it currently has. Read more

If I could give a 0 I would have. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time my order is incorrect. I'm a... very patient and understanding person but this is just ridiculous. Why ask my what I want on my burger or sandwich if they'rejust going to ignore me? Definitely not going to eat here anymore. Read more
