Awful experience! I ordered ExtravaganZZa pizza WITHOUT the regular Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce and WITH the Garlic Parmesan... sauce in its place. Also, I substituted the pepperoni for salami on the order. I selected curb side delivery and when I gotthere I clicked the link letting them know I was there and starting the 2min timer. They never showed up. I saw online theylisted my pizza as delivered to my car at 1min 38sec. Which was incotrect. I had no pizza brought to me. I went inside and wastold they brought my pizza out but didn't see my car so they brought it back inside. Did they call me to find out where exactlyI parked ? No! They just stopped the timer so they wouldn't have to give me a free pizza and didn't bother to check where I wasat. My other issue is that when I FINALLY got my pizza and got home I found they TOTALLY IGNORED the order I placed and madethe pizza however they usually do instead of the way I customized it!! The pizza is full of the Robust Inspired Tomato Sauceinstead of the Garlic Parmesan that I ordered AND there are pepperonis all over the pizza and no salami WHAT-SO-EVER! ANDFINALLY the cheese bread I ordered was burnt to a crisp around the edges. I can't even eat this mess. I spent $30 for somethinginedible!!!! Never again! Read more
Domino's (at least used to) have the best quality materials among the national pizza delivery chains. What we received this... visit was a reorder of the same custom pizza we always get, but this time, it was just not like it used to be. The pizza didn'tseem assembled well with very sparse toppings and I'm not sure if the toppings seemed lower quality because they were overcookedor they were just cheaper ingredients. Somebody might need to look into this store unless this is the new normal. Read more

Just got pizza about an hour ago. Ordered two pizzas and the 5 cheese dip with bread twists. The pizza was burnt and stale. The... cheese dip was cold and no good. The delivery guy asked for a tip when it?s rude to do that especially when you don?t have themoney to do so and you put no tip on the order. We have ate here for a long time but this is the last. The time before thiswhich was in July on the 23rd it was stale and burnt as well. Fire the employees that make this pizza and hire new employeesthat actually can cook. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly don?t recommend anyone eating here. Read more
I am so impressed with the level of this store's amazing customer service! I had a really horrible experience at the Tunnel... Hill store last night and this morning (a manager chased me out of the store taking pictures). The TH store had messed up ourpizzas horribly, and instead of fixing, it the manager had a temper tantrum. She eventually agreed to replace the pizzas, butthe pizzas never came. I went to this store to get some information and maybe contact info for the district manager, and theywent above and beyond helping me down a path to get in contact with somebody and offered to make the pizzas that the other storemessed up for free. I'm still really upset by the interaction at the Tunnel Hill store, but the interaction at this store hasmade me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you to all the employees and the management at this Domino's location! Youguys are amazing! Update: This store's manager, called me and really made things right. She went above and beyond and heractions, have made it so I will continue being a Domino's customer. Read more
Excellent Domino?s experience. Simple online ordering, order tracking is nice, although my order showed as being ready but when... I walked in my order was still in the oven. It was ready to go two minutes later, not a big deal. Pizza and pasta were still hotwhen I got home, order was made as requested. Read more
Pizza was cooked to a fair degree of doneness, and service was adequate and expedient, but incompetency does exist ever so... slightly at this Domino's location on the first of December in the year of 2022. Why do I make such a claim? Let me elaborate.Upon returning home with my pizza, it was discovered that the toppings on the two medium one topping pizzas we had ordered werecorrect. I was pleased to see that one pizza had cheese and ham and the other had cheese and pineapple. However, my ordercontained one pizza with extra sauce and one pizza with little sauce, and after careful examination, it was determined that theextra sauce pizza was topped with the little sauce pizza's toppings and vice versa. Although we were able to scrape off thetopping and transfer them to the appropriate pizzas, I feel the smallest sense of dissatisfaction and wished to share it onhere. The experience was satisfactory otherwise, so please don't hesitate to consume Domino's pizza, as this is meant to be acoachable moment for those employed at this specific location who were responsible for the crafting of pizzas between 1300 and1400 hours on December 1st, 2022. As semi-reguoar customers, my girlfriend and I will return, and hopefully our next experiencewill warrant my revocation of this unfortunate review.
