Waitress wasn't friendly at all. Accidently poured coffee on my French toast (my fault) waitress seen me her response was ooh... that's bad. Would've made it a little better if she Would've offered to get me some more. My mother got French toast w/ side ofbacon too and our bill was over $32. Clearly not enough food for the price. Took forever to even be noticed in order to get seated. Our server clearly didn't want to be there. Items were just put in the... table without asking who they went to. Bill was combined for all five people - she never asked if we needed it split. Just acomplete lack of any interest in providing service. Very disappointing. Read more
Got here at 10:45 in the morning didn?t get our food till 12:10 absolutely ridiculous unprofessional and the food was cold when... it came out and my pancakes wasn?t even cooked all the way! They had plenty of staff so it wasn?t due to being understaffed it?sdue to the management not making their employees work! The employees were eating at the back where they cook putting their handsin their mouth and then serving people without washing hands! Honestly this is the worse restaurant I?ve been to in a very longtime! Way to overpriced for the quality of food you get! The manager or district manager at this location needs a wake up call! We have went three different times at different times of the day and each time ended up leaving before we were seated. The last... time was this past weekend. Waited 30 minutes before anyone came to even take our name. Two other parties that was there beforewe arrived left before we did. I thought that the wait was due to not have any workers during COVID but they still don't haveany service. Never again. Read more
If I have to say I want be back at the Dalton location anymore, first of all I had to call and to get someone to seat us the... lobby was full of people and the food was cold. Waited for a long time for our food, she forgot over half of our order mydaughter didn?t even get her order. I recommend no one to eat there. Read more
As with many other locations, short on staff, longer than normal wait times when not busy at the time and somehow the omelet... came out cold and the easiest thing to make.. pancakes took the longest to get? This location still rates higher than most IHOPSI have been to. Good all in all still came out tasting well. Read more
Food was delicious and service was top notch. The gentleman who waited on us was named Julian and he was very courteous and... attentive. He was quick to fill our drink order and our food followed shortly after. The food was excellent and very freshtasting. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will go back. Read more
Eggs were clucking, barely cooked. I asked for over easy which means the yellow is runny, not the whole egg. Bacon wasn't... cooked. Brought back bacon more cooked but not crisp, waitress was barely awake. The cook is horrible. Toast wasn't buttered orcut, dry. I called the IHOP manager while sitting in the restaurant, they asked me to hold. the cook when I came in said she wasin the back. If she's not there what am I holding for?
