I used to go to one in Chattanooga all the time when I lived there and it was great. I moved to Dalton after being in Florida... for a few years and found they had one here and tried it out. Service was great but the wings I ordered were kind of soggy. Ialways order the fries extra crispy so I will try them again and order the wings extra crispy next time to see if this helps orthey come out too crispy. Will update later Read more

The wait was short and we were seated right away... I had the Buffalo chicken wrap it was good there's to much vinegar in the... Buffalo sauce and not spicy at all. My gf had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and switched the sauce to make it hotter and it stillwasn't hot all. My son had the mini corndog kids meal it cute with enough food for him plus an ice cream came with. I also ateCole slaw with my food WAY to much pepper in it. You would have thought that's all you were eating. Other than that it was ok..the service was good she was always asking to refill drinks when we needed and was friendly when we came in.. I gave this a 3because while it was ok we probably won't be back because it was so mediocre. Something you can het just about anywhere... Read more

(8/14/2022) - Dalton native here. Came to eat here for the first time with my family. The place was busy but not full. A long... time after ordering we began noticing that other groups (seated after us) were getting their food. I inquiring with thewaitress. She said that the kitchen was short-staffed. (Which didn't add up since food was flying out the door to other groups).Later, it seemed like she was avoiding us. It took right at 1 hour from sitting down to receiving our food. My order was allwrong. I ordered fried shrimp w/ fries and got grilled shrimp w/ tortilla chips. The food was decent enough... The waitress wasunapologetic. Absolutely not worth it. I miss the Depot. Good: - The fried pickles were the best I've ever had. Most places, the fried pickles are soggy. However, every single one in... our two baskets were completely crisp! I love pickles, but rarely order them fried since no establishment can get them right.Jefferson's changed my mind on that! - The food was really good and they have a very wide variety of selections. Bad: - Waitednearly an hour before anyone got our drink order and there was hardly anyone there (except the bar area which appeared to befull). - When we sat down, there was a spilled drink with ice all over the seat, floor, table, and menus (nobody ever cleaned itwhile we were there, so I dried off the area we needed to use). - Every single waitress acted like they didn't have a clue orcare. They all had their hair fixed and makeup on, though. It was like the owners only hired for looks and not for service.(That doesn't work on me, though, because I have the hottest wife in Dalton!) - There was no soap in the men's room when I wentto wash my hands before eating. I came out and told a waitress. She said, "Yeah, I think someone ripped it off the wall" andthen went back to her phone. I asked if they had more, and she said "No" and went back to her phone. I stood there in shock, soafter a few seconds, she offered me sanitizer. If there is no more soap, how are employees (let alone customers) washing theirhands? I originally gave Jefferson's 1 extra star, but after seeing the "owner's" response and reading all of the fake reviews(5-star ratings from people with only 1 review are NOT legit accounts), I decided to bump it down. It really seems that theowners (franchisees) don't have a clue about running a restaurant--they just wanted to see if they could make some quick, easymoney. The restaurant business is NOT the way to do that! There should be an owner or manager there every hour of EVERY DAYmaking sure that employees are doing their jobs properly and customers are completely taken care of. That Read more

This was an average of several different factors. 3/5 The customer service/waitress was nice and they were good about refills,... but she disappeared after the food arrived. I had to wait 10 minutes and have another waitress get her for me. 1.5-2/5 The foodtasted good when it eventually got to the table, but took over an hour. My order was wrong (medium burger that came out welldone), they eventually took it back and replaced it with the exact same thing. No change whatsoever, they just made the exactsame burger and sent it back. I did not send it back after that. Overall impression is that this place has a lot of work beforeit becomes worth going to again. All of our problems were about personnel. We love eating local, but so far this place doesDalton a disservice. Read more

Food and service was excellent. Brittany was our server and she was awesome! She didn?t just treat it like a job, she actually... took the time to make sure we were well taken care of and she would talk to us and joke around with us. It was a reallyenjoyable experience. Read more

We arrived and were seated promptly. We waited 45 min for our food. We never got a refill on our drinks. We also witnessed an... elderly couple sit next to our table and they were never attended in those 30 min they were there. My boyfriend had to go to thebar and order his drinks since they took so long for refills. Then to top it off we placed a to go order. And it took themanother 45 min to fix my kids plain cheeseburger. Waitress came back, (she was very nice) and let us know it was almost ready, that in fact they had ran out of burgers. All in all food was good but the service could have been better. We came for a quickbite and stayed here over 2 hours to dine. Read more

Food is good, BUT that customer service though :( ...Salads were good, oysters tasted fresh, and the wings...well the wings had... a great taste to them, but if you're looking for hot wings, Jeffersons is NOT the place. Hot wings had no spiciness to them atall (we ordered the spicy garlic parm and Honey Sriracha). If you don't like spicy, this is the restaurant for you. Other thanthat, the food is pretty good. As far as the service, several of the staff must have missed customer service training day.Server Never offered to have drinks refilled, never got the celery we asked for, had to tell her to take finished plates afterthey've sat there for a while, and food ended up having to be brought by another server (this server was polite). The most wesaw our waitress was when she brought the check and was waiting for us to sign it so she could leave, and no, the restsurant wasnot busy. Another girl was putting out those flip menus on tables and just places one in the middle of ours (in between all ourfood) without an "excuse me" or any acknowledgent to us. Read more
