The last 5 times I've visited this location they've not had a single "hot and ready" available. That's the WHOLE point of... stopping here but for some reason the same manager NEVER keeps any food up and I always have to wait 10-15 mins for somecardboard pizza. If you are gonna be home of the hot and ready actually have something to offer if I wanted to wait I would havewent to dominos or Pizza Hut. Read more

Nothing but kids running the show. Messed up my order but I was hungry so I just left. They need supervision from an adult.... It's like romper room in there. Guy in front of me asked if they needed him to go back there and show them how it's done. Hisorder was in the rack 10 minutes before they pulled it out for him. Read more
I always enjoy my pizzas from here. Price is decent and its always basically fresh. Only had one issue here once when ordering... online and asked for extra cheese but when i received it and got home it did not have any cheese on it. Store corrected theissue though. Great for feeding a hungry little boy after running errands. Clean place. Friendly employees. My order has always been right.... Also, it is conveniently located next to Starbucks, which is accessable from the main parking area. That part is great for me.???? Read more
The store was a little bit crowded with probably five or six people waiting in line. When I placed my order they told me it... would be about 10 minutes or so for it to be ready. When I actually got my order it was a large instead of a medium and theydidn't include the sauce I requested. Covid-19 procedures were in place however. And the pizza was good when I got it home. Tonight I placed an online order for 2 items. I was 5 minutes early to pickup and was told to wait around the front and someone... would bring it out to me when it was done. I waited for 30 minutes before I called the store. Someone answered and when I toldthem I just wanted to know how long it would be before I got my food, the line disconnected. I called back and the man wasapologetic that the line disconnected and he put me on hold to find out what happened. Line hung up again. I called back a 3rdtime, this time answered with a very annoyed "Yess?" I explained what happened AGAIN, and this person informed me that the firstperson I spoke to apparently gave my order away to another customer 20 minutes prior, and the person who was supposed to tell meleft without doing so, and apparently the first person who answered the phone was INTENTIONALLY hanging up on me instead oftelling me the situation. They stated a new pizza was in the oven and would be out soon. I will say the young man running pizzasto cars was very nice and kept checking up on me to find out what was going on. After waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes (mind you Ihave waited an HOUR at this point), I walked in. Everyone was on their phones in a group, laughing and joking. When I finallygot someone's attention, I let them know I have waited for over an hour for a pizza that I have been told twice was ready.Suddenly, my pizza appears. It has been sitting in the warmer the whole time. I am incredibly frustrated as I feel like I wasforgotten and dismissed (even hung up on twice). This was without a doubt the WORST service I have ever received from any foodservice. These employees (with the exception of the cook taking pizzas to cars) showed no care for me, and continuously hung upon me and acted like I was a nuisance when I had waited over an hour for 2 items that should have been ready when I arrived inthe first place.
