This time it was just me and my two sons and it was actually pretty good all around. My wife and I had horrible food and service... there the last times we've been which was between 1 and 3 years ago but, I heard it was under new management, whether that istrue or not, I've gotta say I was pleasantly surprised this time. Once I would dine out all the time, now I rarely do so and Logan's is still one of the places I will visit. I don't think that... the food is that much different than other steak restaurants, at Logan's I feel more welcome, cozy and comfortable, whereas manyother full service restaurants and steak houses make me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Took almost an hour to get our dinner. Then steak was tough, sweet potato wasn't cooked enough, service wasn't up to par either.... Had to find the waitress to get our check. Wasn't a good experience at all. Read more
Got take out and came home to see that there was no where near as much Mac and Cheese they give you in the restaurant, a... pathetic amount of fries in every box, burgers had the wrong toppings, steak wasn't cooked right, and the rolls were soggy. Notto mention all of the food was super cold. They are a decent place to eat at indoors but take out just ain't it. Verydisappointed. >:( Read more
Worst service l have ever experienced for a take out restaurant. It took an extremely long time to get an order placed. Then the... wait. An hour. The manager was aware and never apologized nor gave an explanation. We won't be back. Read more
Miserable experience. Took 30 mins. to be seated after being told it would only take 10-15 mins. Then after being seated it took... the waitress another 10 to come get our drink order. After we ordered our food they gave my husband someone else's food and henever received his. I finally asked for our food to go. Luckily the food was wonderful once we finally got home to eat. Food undercooked, guy bringing food didn't have nose or mouth covered and had mask pulled down. Manager offered to put my steak... back on the grill after I'd already taken bites off of it. It shouldnt take an hour to get undercooked food on the table. Won'tbe going back. I puked 3 times after I left. I've enjoyed Logan's every time I've been. I'm not that big a steak consumer but I really enjoy their hamburgers which are... always cooked the way I like them. Read more
