My daughter's 14u just won the volley all championship and they decided to have this location. I was taken back, when... accommodations could not be made for us with the location size. We decided to order take-out in order to return home in a decentamount of time. Keep in mind the families live south of the airport. The reason for the low rating, was because those parentsthat orders from the bar were able to be served and fed before the to-go orders were ready. Kynlie is a DOLL. She was working behind the bar and covering numerous tables, all while remaining joyful and attentive. Red... lobster is always a consistent 5/10 for food for your dollar to me - but the staff at this location made the experienceexceptional. I haven't been to Red Lobster in years and I may not be back in years. Went here while visiting friends in Dalton, and they... decided to eat here. Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the place, it's just not my cup of tea place to eat.The best thing about the experience with being here with some great friends. The food was just ok. The service could be waybetter as they mess up on the orders a couple of times, bring wrong order or forgetting parts of the order. Lobster bisque was served with purée lobster. It was watery. My friends hamburger was raw. The food was awful. Overpriced and... they refused to correct the bisque. I pretty much paid 21 dollars for a baked potato. Don’t go. Read more
Just wanted everyone to know how impressed I was with the Dalton, Ga location. This is by far the best Red Lobster restaurant... that I have been to. Food was on point, very clean restaurant and Super Well trained Staff. I can't thank John and Brianaenough for the great hospitality and the ability to be extremely accommodating to me and my crew over the 3 day period that wewere there. I want to also take time to recognize the entire kitchen staff for all of the amazing lunches and dinners that cameout looking magnificent. Can't thank y'all enough and everyone that pitched in and helped out, from running food and bussingtables. Most of all I want to thank my server Alissa that was with me the entire 3 days. Alissa, just simply Amazing, extremely professional. Alissa went the extra mile, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was well taken careof. Thanks again John Smith. Everyone knows red lobster is known for there cheddar biscuits.I had just came out of Ohio and had a taste for these famous... cheddar biscuits. However this particular red lobster dropped the ball on this one,the biscuits were only buttered no garlic orcheddar flavor period I was very disappointed in the quality. They definitely need to stay on top of that to ensure all food ismade to the standards of red lobster not just carelessly thrown together ?? Read more
I originally visited a different location in which the experience was not pleasant. I sent in a comment and to my surprise I... received a response that I was overjoyed with. This gave me an opportunity to give e them another try. This location was veryclean. The greeter as well as the waitress was very friendly and kind. We purchased the Shrimp promotional. It was delivered,fresh, timely and delicious. Our overall experience made up for any visit I've ever had. Thanks to the management team forreaching out and rectifying my last experience. We drove from the villages Florida to Hudson, Indiana and we stopped at Red lobster to eat our one meal of the day and take a... break for an hour on a 16-hour drive. Their service and food was outstanding as was our waitress. She is fantastic. The dinneritself was worth every cent. I would recommend Red lobster for a great meal for anyone who likes seafood.
