I absolutely LOVE this location! It's located inside the Kroger on W Walnut Ave in Dalton. The entire staff is so friendly &... kind & ALL OF THEM ALWAYS have a smile on their faces! It's an absolute pleasure going here especially during every holiday bc Ilove coming into the store to see how they've decorated the kiosk for the coinciding holiday! For Halloween they personallypainted pumpkins and one of the employees painted Jack from A Nightmare Before Christmas, which I absolutely am totally in lovewith, & this pumpkin was gorgeous! A work of art that I hope no one threw away bc the artist is very talented!! I highlyrecommend this Starbucks if you're in the mood for some delicious coffee & you're in the Dalton area!!! Waited 20 minutes for my coffee and the lady at the register was not trained properly. Their oven was broken and she still sold... me an egg white bite and then they couldn?t refund me. After waiting about 10 minutes the lady at the register messed up theregister somehow and the woman who was making the coffee had to stop an assist. Two girls in the back were talking and someonefinally asked one of them to start making the coffee. After receiving the coffee it was the wrong order. Tasted like slimyalmond milk. Only time I?ve ever thrown away a full cup of coffee. I?ve always had great experiences at Starbucks, so this was amiss for me. Called corporate, not to complain, but to tell them this location need more training. They don?t know how to workthe register, don?t know how to make coffee AND can?t perform basic customer service. Bad experience. I had 59 points on my rewards. This is advetized by Starbucks as being enough for a pastry. 50 points is all... that is needed. I was told at this location I needed 150. Can you believe it? If they don't want to abide by Starbucks rulesthey should put another name on their sign. I want feedback from the manager. I'll never go here again. Read more
I?m pretty patient with workers but this Starbucks location tarnishes the brand. Took almost 20 minutes for a simple coffee and... it tasted terrible. 90% milk and sweetener. I took 2 sips and poured it out. I believe the staff at this location need to betrained a lot more. Read more
Sometimes they?re good and sometimes they?re horrible. Very rude and slow.
