I did not have a good experience at this location. I came here to get some food and the workers that night were very rude and... were not helpful. Recently went to this taco-bell by the highway and I hate to make this review because I love tacobell but terrible service cold... food I went though the drive through and the speaker wasn?t working and so I pulled up to the window and asked about it, thelady said it wasn?t working, that it was cutting out and that I?m supposed to wait for food to be prepared?. I was clearly theonly one there and she told me ?you?re gonna have to go back around to the speaker and order? but I went inside instead and sawthe ?prep workers? talking/on their phones I got my food shortly after ordering thankfully but the food was still cold somehow. This is properly a review for the taco Bell near the interstate with the tiny parking lot. Service was amazing. The food was... also amazing and looked like it came right off the menu. This is the best Taco Bell I've had in years. Yes the parking lot isvery cramped and I don't recommend the drive thru as you cannot leave until the people in front of you have left. But if youpark in the other parking lot it's barely a step over some small river stones to walk to Taco Bell. The food is well worth it. Read more
hi! as a taco bell worker i just wanted to come on & say if we are out of products it is not our faults . we make food in... advanced but sometimes the larger orders take up more . or our truck doesn?t deliver everything we need so we run out. as far asus closing our lobby closes at 10 & it says that online & on the door. sometimes it?ll close sooner due to no staff. if we areslow it is because we are holding on something or there is an issue with our systems also not our faults. & we always tell thepeople at the speaker what we are out of. we right it on lists & put it in front of our faces like scripts . i hear y?all?scomplaints & we are sorry our managers try there best. & the employees who weren?t doing there best have been dealt with.sometimes it just really isn?t our fault. i love my store & i wouldn?t want to work for anywhere else. & if you have a rudeemployee who was not helpful or anything you can call & report the employee.
