Employees were in great spirits. Store was clean. Enjoyed our dinner.
Good food and friendly staff. Shannon, my waitress was really good. She got me coffee right away, was friendly, got me my food... in a short amount of time and kept my coffee full. I really appreciated being treated well and having a waitress that was good!It's hard to find these days! Coffee was excellent too. Shannon deserves a raise. Read more
Someone needs to call the district manager because somone is living inthe parking lot in a Burgandy Ford Expedition and i do not... feel safe going here anymore, on top of how trashy it makes the place look!!! And this is the East Walnut Avenue location inDalton!!!! Read more
The night crew needs to be attentive to the customers. If you gi in there Thurs night Tami and her close friend like to gossip... and not attend to the customers. If the server are friends with customers they give food a d drink away. Amanda really needs toclean house and hire ppl who WANT to WORK! Read more
The waitress was very attentive and filled out drinks often. All good was cooked perfectly and with that good ol southern grease
I like Waffle house, though, it would be nice to expand there menus to have more options and also expand the restaurants and... their tables. I have a family of 5 and we felt crowded in their tiny tables. I also had wait 10 minutes to be seated. There wereabout 5 tables in all at these location. It is time to upgrade. Read more
The food was too greasy. The waitress was nice but was whining about why she needed tips. The wrong patties was used on my... husband's burger. Two cooks there but the cooks was making the waitress do 90 percent of the work. The cooks also used way tomuch low-melt on the grill. Double charged us for hash browns. The cook also decided to eat and then go smoke a cigarette. Iwould not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Food and service were both great. Atmosphere was ok I mean it is what we have all come to know Waffle House to be famous for.... Even late at night it was pretty busy. Even still the staff were very nice and accommodating. Read more
