I did, what I thought was the right thing, & gave a menu-driven tip when I paid for my order. Somehow or another, my top got... confused for a delivery fee...I was in a hurry - I tipped so they would put a rush on it - the staff lost my order because ofthe confusion whether it was a tip or delivery fee...when I reminded them I was in a hurry, they moved my food up the conveyorbelt in the oven & served it to me with cold spots (very large cold spots) - & they were still debating why the tip showed up asa delivery fee. Tried to order delivery. Order was cancelled because the manager says he only has one driver and cant let his driver go past 5... minutes from the store. I live 3 minutes from the location! They forgot to give me the third pizza for my order, I had to goBACK DOWN THERE and wait even longer for them to make another pizza. They then find my original pizza sitting on a counter andit hadn't been labeled. They gave me both pizza's. That was fine. The customer service is becoming garbage. They have kidsworking there that are more worried about looking at their phones and showing other customers pictures on their phones ratherthan focusing on work. I'm about to stop ordering from this Dalton location. I have personally worked for pizza companies foryears prior to me moving back to Ohio and service like this has never been acceptable where I worked! Paid on PayPal for pickup, I got there and they said oh our ovens are down and we canceled order. They had my info and never... called to let me know, I have to file dispute with my bank to get my money back also since I paid thru PayPal. They also neveranswer their phones.
