Great local pizza place! We love the double crust! Wish they delivered and when I ask for light sauce it?s always incorrect.

Any person who doesn't understand that a local pizza shop can only fulfill so many orders at a time is not worth having as a... customer. I'm sure the place will just shut down if she buys her pizza somewhere else. Every neighborhood pizza shop takes thephone off the hook when they get too busy. Outstanding pizza...but the Dalton location has the worst customer service ever. Phone is always admittedly taken off the hook... for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. So if your looking forward to it for dinner you may want to plan on driving there to place yourorder then waiting the additional 30 minutes while they decide they then have to/need to make it. Not sure if they are justhoping the people who call to get a constant busy signal will just make other plans for dinner or if they just dont want thebusiness altogether. Either way it's a terrible inconvenience for their customers. Get it together Kraus'..Your customer serviceshould be as excellent as your pizza **Update**after placing an order today I went to pick up. While waiting I was told by theowner "I am lucky they are selling to me". When I repeated what he said as a question...he said "well..since you think we dontdo anything but sit around". Trust me..after tonight's dinner...I'll be driving from Wooster to Navarre and I will give them myweekly patronage. If you dont want customers to give you crummy reviews..then perhaps you shouldn't take your phone of the hookweekly for an hour at a time. Simply answering it and advising customers that your on an hour wait or so wouldsuffice. Furthermore, you really should shy away from confronting someone in such an unprofessional manner. Usually I'm not up this way besides for going to Wayne county speedway around the corner but took a drive out and stopped and... well worth it. Good food owner was very customer oriented as far as I'm concerned best Kraus in the area. Will surly make thetrip from canton to eat here again. Read more
