I was so looking forward to trying PCR's coffee for so long, but since I was ignored and never waited on that didn’t happen.... There was only one costumer inside seated on a computer at a table when I walked in, and after looking at the menu, I walked upto the server right behind the counter, who saw me, but seemed busy with perhaps making another order. The woman neveracknowledged me, so after a minute of being ignored, I walked to the restroom. The Men’s restroom was very dirty (with brownrings in toilet) and water at sink didn’t work. Still, I decided to give it another go, and I walked back up to the counter toorder. I smiled and waited another minute, but I was completely ignored again by the same woman who was just organizing andcleaning the coffee display now, but she refused to even acknowledge me as if I were invisible. I then heard a hacking coughfrom someone in the back, and that was it for me. I cannot say if their coffee is any good, but their service was loathsome. 2stars for having a toilet that worked at least. **** Update: In response to your snide reply, I am changing this review to'almost' one star. Frankly, I could care less if you believe me, but I was never approached by anyone, only ignored. May the sunshine on you too, and reveal the dust on your failed customer service. I understand everyone has an off day, and I apologize forexpecting actual human interaction while attempting to order. Read more
Love the Chai Tea! Great, friendly service and team has extensive knowledge about their coffee! Cozy, calm atmosphere if you go... in, but the drive through is a plus for moms on the go! Read more
This is my favorite coffeehouse hands down. Their lattes are always so well made and consistent every time I order. Their hours... are great and I love the drive thru option! But what makes me come back every time is the service. The baristas seem happy hereand are always SO kind and ask about your day. Read more
I once had a lavender oat milk latte that changed my life and I get it every time I'm in Austin texas because no one was able to... make it like they do. Not to toot their horn EVER SO LOUDLY but Pioneer showed me that better does exist. I literally got 3 onthe way to Columbus once just to make sure I had a constant consumption of the best iced latte in existance. Give them all yourmoney. Or be fiscally responsible and just get one drink. But honestly, the former will bring you more joy. Read more
I love the vibe and ambiance of Pioneer both in Dalton and Jackson. They nail it with decor and music and all. Their coffee is... excellent too and I always have their avocado toast. Well worth the stop!! Read more
Amazing coffeehouse! This place has just about everything you would want for a nice cozy coffeehouse. The coffee is super... professional, when you see a coffee place that offers pour overs and aero press along with latte art you know they mean businesswith their coffee. The staff is super friendly and very pleasant to offer dine in cups for our lattes which is very refreshingto see since almost no coffee shops have dine in cups anymore. We got a mocha, wild rose latte with oat milk and a buckeyecupcake and everything was what we were expecting and more in the quality of their coffee and my wife said it was one of thebest cupcakes she’s ever had. The atmosphere is very pleasant with calming music playing in the background. This was a verypleasant stop heading back home and a nice way to forget about the world drama by sipping on a delicious latte in a ceramic mug! Read more
Easy to find literally has COFFEE SHOP on the side of the building. The tables and chairs are made from what appears to be... reclaimed wood from a barn and they look awesome. The seating is great. Easy menu to read. The girl behind the counter was supernice. I ordered the avocado toast. They were extremely generous on the avocado spread it was scrumdiddlyumptious. I would highlysuggest going here. It is easily accessible off of route 30. This is a well thought out coffee shop. I also got espresso whichwas just right. When I am around again I will make it a point to stop in. Read more
Great coffee. Can't rate the food but it all looks like standard pre-done food. I don't think anything is made on site. Coffee... is good and service was fast. This is the second time we've gone and we plan on stopping every time we're going by! Read more
