I went in this place I thought around 840. The first thing I hear is the cook say aww we got someone. I go to order they had no... chicken and no ribs there was just meatloaf and half the sides to pick from. Why say you are open til 10 if you ain't going tohave any food for more than an hour.. This place has gone down hill over the years. Resteraunt itself was dingy and felt like the sit down area was still in shelter... in place. Just very disappointing. Food was ok but not great. Portion size was very good. Read more

I ordered ribs online for pickup. It was ready then I got there. Nice portion and you get to pick 2 sides and comes with corn... bread. Very tasty. Read more

Jack was such a kind and funny man. He was running the restaurant by himself in the lunch rush. Someone give this man a raise! ... Even though he was by himself he was able to take care of the customers and engaging with every single one of us regardless ifit was for dine in or Togo pickup orders. Had to raise my voice at the supervisor for talking to me in a condescending tone. She was impatient with the trainee as well... and forgot whom she was talking to. Besides that have a look at this chicken pot pie. I was excited to try it because I knowthe the chicken is pretty good. Wow what a let down. See for yourself 100% unaltered except for removing the crust. Haven'tbeen here in years, won't be going back. Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in terms of dealing with a restaurant. We ordered $250 worth of food for a... Thanksgiving dinner the day before Thanksgiving and received a confirmation of the order with a time slot to pickup our orderthe next evening between 5pm & 5:30pm. We arrived about 1 hour prior to our time slot and stood in a line about a block long forover 2 hours. An employee came out and apologized to the crowd of people in line, and stated that they were shutting down therestaurant, for us to contact the corporate office with any complaints and they would likely be offering something to customerswho did not get their orders. i was beside myself, we had dinner guests waiting, and no Thanksgiving meal. We scrambled to comeup with an alternate meal but unfortunately our Thanksgiving Day was ruined. Our guests left hungry and we ended up eatingpeanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. I am thoroughly enraged at the poor planning and mismanagement of customer orders. The factthat we ordered 24 hours prior and received a confirmation of our order as well as a pickup time and the restaurant ran out offood????? This completely blows me away and makes no sense. Boston Market has lost my respect, as well as my business. Shame onyou, you turned a lot of people away without the dinners they ordered, ultimately ruining a lot of holiday dinners and "gettogethers". So thank you Boston Market for making our Thanksgiving so memorable and fun....(NOT!!!) Read more
